【摘要】：對外貿(mào)易對性別就業(yè)與工資差距的影響越來越受到人們的關(guān)注,目前的研究尚未達(dá)成一致結(jié)論。結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前資本品貿(mào)易與性別就業(yè)和工資差距的現(xiàn)狀,通過使用人口普查數(shù)據(jù)和海關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗表明,資本品貿(mào)易會縮小低技能勞動者的性別就業(yè)與工資差距,但會擴(kuò)大高技能勞動者的性別就業(yè)差距,其中一般貿(mào)易的影響大于加工貿(mào)易,進(jìn)口貿(mào)易的影響大于出口貿(mào)易。因此,我國應(yīng)當(dāng)增加女性人力資本投入,充分利用資本品貿(mào)易的技術(shù)外溢效應(yīng),同時加大政府對勞動力市場的監(jiān)督力度,縮小性別就業(yè)與工資差距。
[Abstract]:The influence of foreign trade on gender employment and wage gap has attracted more and more attention. Combined with the current situation of China's capital goods trade and gender employment and wage gap, the empirical test using census data and customs data shows that capital goods trade will narrow the gender employment and wage gap of low-skilled workers. But it will widen the gender employment gap of highly skilled workers, in which the impact of general trade is greater than that of processing trade, and the impact of import trade is greater than that of export trade. Therefore, our country should increase the female human capital investment, make full use of the technology spillover effect of capital goods trade, at the same time increase the government's supervision on the labor market, narrow the gender employment and wage gap.
