定性研究:本質(zhì)特征與方法論意義

【摘要】:定性研究方式具有"到實地、到現(xiàn)場,重情景、重關(guān)聯(lián),重意義、重主觀"等基本特征,為我們提供認(rèn)識世界的另一種視角,是定性研究方式最重要的方法論意義。定性研究所能給予我們的是定量研究所不能提供的知識和對特定社會現(xiàn)象的理解。研究者是采用定性研究方式或是定量研究方式,其決定因素既不是研究者個人的喜好,也不是研究者的知識背景或方法訓(xùn)練,而是研究問題的性質(zhì)和研究的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Qualitative research has the basic characteristics of "to the field, to the spot, to the scene, to the situation, to relevance, to meaning, to subjectivity", which provides us with another angle of view to understand the world, and is the most important methodological significance of qualitative research. Qualitative research can give us knowledge and understanding of specific social phenomena that quantitative research cannot provide. The determinants of qualitative or quantitative research are neither the individual preferences nor the knowledge background or method training of the researchers, but the nature of the problem and the goal of the research.
