【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人類認(rèn)識(shí)世界和改造世界的能力在不斷地增強(qiáng),時(shí)空觀念也在能力的提升中不斷地發(fā)生著變化。在一定的時(shí)空及時(shí)空認(rèn)知當(dāng)中,權(quán)力及其運(yùn)行都會(huì)表現(xiàn)出與人類的技術(shù)能力和認(rèn)知能力相一致的特點(diǎn)。無(wú)論是原始社會(huì)、傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)還是現(xiàn)代社會(huì),權(quán)力運(yùn)行的方式都與信息在"時(shí)空壓縮"和"時(shí)空擴(kuò)展"中的傳遞方式和速度密切相關(guān)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)新一輪空前的時(shí)空觀念的變化,這些變化表現(xiàn)為時(shí)空的壓縮和擴(kuò)展同時(shí)存在。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)所攜帶的信息權(quán)力、公權(quán)力以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)精英人士的話語(yǔ)權(quán)力的運(yùn)行都發(fā)生了新的變化,這些變化對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)也產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the ability of human beings to understand and transform the world is increasing, and the concept of time and space is changing constantly. In a certain space-time and space-time cognition, power and its operation will show the characteristics consistent with human's technological ability and cognitive ability. In the primitive society, the traditional society and the modern society, the mode of power operation is closely related to the transmission mode and speed of information in "space-time compression" and "space-time expansion". The development of network technology has brought a new round of unprecedented changes in space-time concepts, which are reflected in the simultaneous existence of compression and expansion of space-time. New changes have taken place in the power of information, public power and the discourse power of the network elite, which also have a certain impact on the real society.
