【摘要】：正2016年10月1日起國務院正式實施"五證合一、一照一碼"登記制度,在更大范圍、更深層次實現(xiàn)信息共享和業(yè)務協(xié)同,進一步為企業(yè)開辦和成長提供便利化服務,降低創(chuàng)業(yè)準入的制度性成本,優(yōu)化營商環(huán)境,激發(fā)企業(yè)活力。"五證合一"是指在全面實施工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照、組織機構代碼證、稅務登記證"三證合一"登記制度改革的基礎上,再整合社會保險登記證和統(tǒng)計登記證,實現(xiàn)"五證合一、一照一碼",是繼續(xù)深化商事制度改革、優(yōu)化營商環(huán)境、推動大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新
[Abstract]:On October 1, 2016, the State Council formally implemented the registration system of "five certificates in one, one by one" to realize information sharing and business synergy on a wider scale and at a deeper level, so as to further provide facilitation services for enterprise start-up and growth. " "Integration of five certificates" means that on the basis of the comprehensive implementation of the reform of the registration system of industrial and commercial business licenses, organizational code certificates and tax registration certificates, and the integration of social insurance registration certificates and statistical registration certificates, the five certificates can be realized in one. "one by one" is to continue to deepen the reform of the commercial system, optimize the business environment, and promote innovation among the masses.
