【摘要】：隨著老齡人口的不斷增加，社會(huì)老齡化日益嚴(yán)重，政府與社會(huì)對(duì)老齡化問題也越來越關(guān)注，《十二五規(guī)劃》中明確提出積極應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化，建立以居家養(yǎng)老為基礎(chǔ)、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老為依托、機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老為支撐的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系。改善老年人居住環(huán)境，，提高老年人晚年生活質(zhì)量。 機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老作為現(xiàn)行養(yǎng)老模式的一個(gè)重要組成部分，是老年人從家庭生活到群體生活轉(zhuǎn)變的一個(gè)承擔(dān)載體。然而我國養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建設(shè)與歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家相比發(fā)展較為緩慢，同時(shí)未能完全從老年人的心理與生理特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，滿足老年人的使用需求。 公共起居室作為養(yǎng)老設(shè)施室內(nèi)空間一個(gè)重要組成，它承擔(dān)了起居功能，同時(shí)還提供老年人與同伴交流感情、休閑娛樂等活動(dòng)空間。其作為延續(xù)老年人以往所具有的公共交流活動(dòng)的空間載體，為老年人營造出一種舒適生活環(huán)境。 本文研究從收集國內(nèi)外養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的發(fā)展概況和理論研究為基礎(chǔ)，通過環(huán)境心理學(xué)、人體工程學(xué)等相關(guān)理論，了解養(yǎng)老設(shè)施公共起居室的類型，分析老年人在公共起居室中人個(gè)體與群體行為需求，起居空間與環(huán)境特征，家具與設(shè)備布置要求。結(jié)合閩南地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施公共起居室的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研，分析總結(jié)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施公共起居室使用現(xiàn)狀與主要問題。提出閩南地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施各類公共起居室空間布局、功能構(gòu)成、景觀要素與景觀設(shè)計(jì)、家具與設(shè)備布置的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。 希望通過本文的研究，對(duì)今后閩南地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)能有所幫助，在理論知識(shí)上填補(bǔ)閩南地區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施公共起居室設(shè)計(jì)研究的空白，并為今后養(yǎng)老設(shè)施公共起居室改造和設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the aging population, the aging of the society is becoming more and more serious, and the government and society pay more and more attention to the problem of aging. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, it is clearly proposed to actively deal with the aging of the population and to establish the foundation of providing for the aged at home. Community-based old-age support, institutional support for the support of the old-age service system. Improve the living environment of the elderly, improve the quality of life of the elderly in old age. As an important part of the current pension model, institutional pension is a carrier for the elderly to change from family life to group life. However, compared with the developed countries in Europe and America, the construction of old-age facilities in our country is relatively slow, and at the same time, it fails to meet the needs of the elderly in terms of their psychological and physiological characteristics. As an important part of the indoor space of the old-age facilities, the public living room takes on the function of living, and also provides the space for the elderly to exchange feelings with their peers, leisure and entertainment and so on. As the space carrier of the old people's public communication activities, it creates a comfortable living environment for the elderly. This paper studies the types of public living rooms of pension facilities, based on the general situation and theoretical research of pension facilities at home and abroad, and through related theories such as environmental psychology, ergonomics, etc. The requirements of individual and group behavior, living space and environment, furniture and equipment arrangement of the elderly in the public living room were analyzed. Based on the investigation of the present situation of public living room of pension facilities in South Fujian, this paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation and main problems of the use of public living room of pension facilities. The space layout, function composition, landscape elements and landscape design, furniture and equipment layout of various public living rooms of pension facilities in South Fujian are put forward. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be helpful to the design of pension facilities in the south of Fujian in the future, and fill in the blank of the research on the public living room design of the pension facilities in the south of Fujian in theory. And for the future pension facilities public living room reconstruction and design to provide the basis and reference.
