【摘要】：本研究以X社區(qū)外地來滬隨軍軍嫂為研究對象,以"媛動(dòng)力"家庭增能計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目為平臺(tái),從個(gè)人、人際和社區(qū)三個(gè)層面,提高軍嫂解決問題的能力,激發(fā)她們的潛能,促進(jìn)其發(fā)展,達(dá)到增能的目的。本文采用的研究方法主要有行動(dòng)研究法、定性研究法。本文的研究目標(biāo)有:了解外地來滬隨軍軍嫂在個(gè)人、人際和社區(qū)層面的需求及產(chǎn)生的原因和過程的看法;了解外地來滬隨軍軍嫂權(quán)能感獲得的過程;了解社工在增能介入過程中,運(yùn)用增能取向理念對外地來滬隨軍軍嫂改變過程的影響;探索外地來滬隨軍軍嫂增能的社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)模式。
[Abstract]:In this study, community X came to Shanghai as the research object, "Yuan power" family empowerment project as the platform, from the personal, interpersonal and community levels, to improve the military wife's ability to solve problems, stimulate their potential, To promote its development and achieve the purpose of increasing energy. The research methods used in this paper are action research method and qualitative research method. The research objectives of this paper are as follows: to understand the personal, interpersonal and community needs, the reasons and the process of coming to Shanghai, to understand the process of obtaining the sense of power of the soldiers in Shanghai; To understand the influence of social worker on the changing process of the military wife in Shanghai, and to explore the practical mode of social work in the field.
