【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)明和應(yīng)用具有劃時代的意義和價值。如果說,以蒸汽機、電機和電子器件的發(fā)明和廣泛應(yīng)用為標志的前三次技術(shù)革命,更多地側(cè)重于通過機械化、電氣化和電子化的方式,首先使人從自然力的束縛中獲得解放的話,那么,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)明和廣泛應(yīng)用為標志的第四次技術(shù)革命,則更多地側(cè)重于通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和信息化的方式,進一步使人從社會條件的限制與束縛中獲得解放。它將為人類建立起無數(shù)創(chuàng)新的平臺,從而為人的解放開辟無限廣闊的前景。
[Abstract]:The invention and application of Internet has epochal significance and value.
