【摘要】：本文從專業(yè)權(quán)威和社區(qū)權(quán)威的角度出發(fā),探討了政府購買社區(qū)服務(wù)項目運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中權(quán)威的構(gòu)成要素及特征,指出了社會工作者對專業(yè)關(guān)系的把控過程實質(zhì)上是專業(yè)權(quán)威向社區(qū)權(quán)威爭奪對專業(yè)關(guān)系的控制的過程這一現(xiàn)狀,論證了專業(yè)權(quán)威對社區(qū)權(quán)威既依附又競爭的雙重屬性,最后討論了這種現(xiàn)狀下專業(yè)關(guān)系存在的困境與解決策略。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of professional authority and community authority, this paper discusses the elements and characteristics of authority in the process of government purchasing community service projects. This paper points out that the process of controlling professional relationship by social workers is essentially a process of professional authority competing for control of professional relationship from professional authority to community authority, and demonstrates the dual attributes of professional authority to community authority both dependent and competitive. Finally, this paper discusses the dilemma and solution of professional relationship under this situation.
