【摘要】：本文從專業(yè)權威和社區(qū)權威的角度出發(fā),探討了政府購買社區(qū)服務項目運轉(zhuǎn)過程中權威的構成要素及特征,指出了社會工作者對專業(yè)關系的把控過程實質(zhì)上是專業(yè)權威向社區(qū)權威爭奪對專業(yè)關系的控制的過程這一現(xiàn)狀,論證了專業(yè)權威對社區(qū)權威既依附又競爭的雙重屬性,最后討論了這種現(xiàn)狀下專業(yè)關系存在的困境與解決策略。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of professional authority and community authority, this paper discusses the elements and characteristics of authority in the process of government purchasing community service projects. This paper points out that the process of controlling professional relationship by social workers is essentially a process of professional authority competing for control of professional relationship from professional authority to community authority, and demonstrates the dual attributes of professional authority to community authority both dependent and competitive. Finally, this paper discusses the dilemma and solution of professional relationship under this situation.
