【摘要】：隨著社會的進步和人口的不斷增長,許多老年人離開了自己原本工作的崗位,回到了家中,成為了一名退休人員,他們在社會適應問題上正在受到心理上與生活上的影響[1]。退休人員福利改善問題的關鍵是在于解決老年人的社會適應問題。退休人員出現(xiàn)的郁悶、情緒低迷等現(xiàn)象都是無法快速地適應退休所造成的,更有甚者在心理方面會出現(xiàn)一些疾病。所以我們需要一個平臺幫助老年人走出退休以后對社會生活的不適應,讓他們有更美好的生活。本論文的研究對象為城市退休人員,以唐山市灤南縣案主Z為案例,采用的介入方式為行動研究法,通過一系列的資料收集、溝通等方法,與服務對象建立了專業(yè)的關系,發(fā)現(xiàn)了案主Z在角色轉換、環(huán)境適應、人際交往等方面都存在適應性問題。對于這些問題,筆者運用社會工作中的優(yōu)勢視角理論、社會支持網(wǎng)絡理論,對案主Z進行專業(yè)的社會工作介入,改善案主Z的退休之后的一系列不適應癥狀。經(jīng)過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):退休人員在面對社會適應的問題上具有綜合性,在不相同類型的問題上有著內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。在幫助解決退休人員對于社會生活適應性的問題上,案主周邊的社會支持網(wǎng)絡和優(yōu)勢視角對于案主自身的改善具有良好的作用;親情等血緣關系是解決退休人員適應型的基礎;朋輩群體、社區(qū)等資源是推動解決退休人員社會適應性的重要優(yōu)勢資源。由此認為,家庭、朋輩群體、社區(qū)等資源在退休人員社會適應性問題上提供著全方位的系統(tǒng)支持。通過個案工作的介入,筆者希望這篇論文能夠為以后的社會工作者在服務于退休人員的實務過程中,提供借鑒意義�？偨Y此次個案工作的經(jīng)驗和結論,筆者希望對于退休人員的社會適應問題的改善能夠提供深入的研究,能夠使退休人員樂觀面對退休生活,盡快地適應退休生活。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the increasing of population, many old people have left their jobs and returned to their homes to become retirees. They are being influenced by their psychology and life in the problem of social adaptation. The key to the improvement of retirement benefits is to solve the problem of social adaptation of the elderly. Retired people appear depressed, emotional depression and other phenomena are unable to adapt to the rapid retirement caused by, and even in psychological aspects will appear some diseases. So we need a platform to help the elderly out of retirement to adapt to social life, so that they have a better life. The research object of this paper is the urban retirees, taking the case of the case owner Z of Luannan County in Tangshan City as a case, adopting the method of action research, through a series of methods of data collection, communication and so on, establishing a professional relationship with the clients. It is found that the victim Z has adaptability problems in the aspects of role transformation, environment adaptation, interpersonal communication, and so on. To solve these problems, the author applies the theory of superiority in social work and the theory of social support network to intervene in the professional social work of the victim Z, and to improve a series of unsuitable symptoms after Z's retirement. It is found that the retirees are comprehensive in facing the problem of social adaptation and have internal relations in different types of problems. In helping to solve the problem of retirees' adaptability to social life, the social support network and the superior angle of view around the victim have a good effect on the improvement of the victim himself, and kinship and other blood relations are the basis of solving the adaptive type of retired persons. Peer group, community and other resources are important resources to promote the social adaptability of retirees. Therefore, resources such as family, peer group and community provide systematic support for the social adaptability of retirees. Through the intervention of case work, the author hopes that this paper can provide reference for future social workers in the process of serving retirees. Summing up the experience and conclusion of this case work, the author hopes that the improvement of the social adaptation of retirees can provide in-depth research and enable retirees to face their retirement life optimistically and adapt to it as soon as possible.
