【摘要】：用幾條原則來(lái)概括地描述哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究中的"原創(chuàng)"要求及其概念殊為不易,因?yàn)樗确沁壿嬔堇[也非歸納,換句話說(shuō),它拒絕過(guò)度地概括和整飭。如果"原創(chuàng)"像在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)機(jī)構(gòu)或文字保護(hù)委員會(huì)的"原創(chuàng)性報(bào)告"中的那種用法,被等同于文化領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)造,那無(wú)疑貶損了"原創(chuàng)"所具有的規(guī)范性意蘊(yùn),而導(dǎo)致這種錯(cuò)誤看法的根源在于人們將原創(chuàng)性的源泉?dú)w于智能本身。于是,作為提升精神的"原創(chuàng)"卻成為了智能的附庸。我們有必要對(duì)將"原創(chuàng)"觀念納入哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究的做法秉持一種積極的態(tài)度,從對(duì)時(shí)弊的批判再向前追索一步。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to generalize the requirements and concepts of "originality" in philosophical and social science research with several principles, because it is neither logical deduction nor induction. In other words, it refuses to overgeneralize and correct. If the use of "originality", such as in the original report of the intellectual property body or the text Protection Commission, is equated with creation in the field of culture, it detracts from the normative meaning of "originality". The root cause of this misconception lies in the source of originality attributed to intelligence itself. As a result, as the spirit of the promotion of the "original" has become the appendage of intelligence. It is necessary for us to take a positive attitude towards the idea of "originality" in the research of philosophy and social sciences, and to take a step forward from the criticism of time and disadvantages.
