【摘要】：目前,醫(yī)患矛盾預(yù)防機制及醫(yī)患糾紛解決機制存在許多漏洞與弊端,運用社會工作的理論和技術(shù)介入醫(yī)患矛盾是解決醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張現(xiàn)狀的新嘗試。本文運用文獻(xiàn)檢索、參與式觀察和個案研究等質(zhì)性研究方法,分別對已有的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)論述、上海市某醫(yī)患糾紛人民調(diào)解委員會以及上海市東方醫(yī)院社工部進(jìn)行調(diào)查和研究,旨在完成以下三個方面的研究目標(biāo)。第一,對醫(yī)患矛盾的現(xiàn)有介入途徑和方法進(jìn)行梳理。第二,從理論到實踐,研究社會工作介入醫(yī)患矛盾的實踐效果。第三,從實踐回歸到理論,研討社會工作介入醫(yī)患矛盾的過程中所遇到的相關(guān)問題。經(jīng)過研究和分析,得出的結(jié)論如下：第一,人民調(diào)解機制作為解決醫(yī)患糾紛的新途徑,仍無法從根本上緩解醫(yī)患矛盾。第二,社會工作作為一種預(yù)防機制介入醫(yī)患矛盾具有制度可行性與技術(shù)有效性。第三,社會工作介入醫(yī)患矛盾的預(yù)防機制仍需從制度、技術(shù)和倫理三個層面進(jìn)行完善。第四,社會工作可以嘗試通過人民調(diào)解機制介入醫(yī)患糾紛的調(diào)解與解決。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many loopholes and drawbacks in the prevention mechanism of doctor-patient contradiction and the mechanism of resolving the doctor-patient dispute. It is a new attempt to solve the tense situation of the doctor-patient relationship by using the theory and technology of social work to intervene in the doctor-patient contradiction. Based on the qualitative research methods of literature retrieval, participatory observation and case study, this paper investigates and studies the relevant literature, the people's Mediation Committee of a doctor-patient dispute in Shanghai and the social work department of Shanghai Oriental Hospital, respectively. The aim is to accomplish the following three research objectives. First, the existing intervention approaches and methods of doctor-patient conflict are combed. Second, from theory to practice, to study the practical effect of social work involved in doctor-patient contradictions. Third, from practice to theory, to study the social work involved in the process of doctor-patient contradictions encountered by the relevant problems. Through research and analysis, the conclusions are as follows: first, as a new way to solve doctor-patient disputes, the people's mediation mechanism can not fundamentally alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients. Secondly, as a preventive mechanism, social work has institutional feasibility and technical effectiveness. Third, the prevention mechanism of social work intervention in doctor-patient contradiction should be perfected from three aspects: system, technology and ethics. Fourth, social work can try to intervene in mediating and resolving doctor-patient disputes through the people's mediation mechanism.
