教育虛擬社區(qū)凝聚力研究
[Abstract]:With the development of education informatization and the development of multimedia network technology, the virtual community of education has been making progress, developing and popularizing since its birth. Correspondingly, many scholars and experts at home and abroad are gradually developing their research on the educational virtual community, such as the detailed discussion of the factors influencing the communication effect of the educational virtual community, and the detailed elaboration of the internal knowledge sharing strategy. To the education virtual community sense of belonging, collective efficacy, learning motivation and so on. But we must also notice that everything must be faced with a natural law, that is, all things must follow the law from birth to development, prosperity, and eventually die out. As the construction of educational virtual community, we should study what aspects and what measures should be taken to prolong the period of development and prosperity of the educational virtual community. Even how to maximize the attraction of the virtual community to the members to maintain community sustainability and other issues need to be considered. In the final analysis, this is all about the cohesion of the educational virtual community. Therefore, this paper focuses on the cohesive force of educational virtual community, in order to contribute to the development and prosperity of educational virtual community. First of all, on the basis of summing up the research status of related fields at home and abroad by the way of literature research, this paper points out the problems existing in the current research and the breakthrough point of this study; secondly, in the research and analysis community, virtual community, After the connotation of educational virtual community, according to the relevant theory of cohesion and group cohesion, this paper deeply analyzes the connotation of educational virtual community cohesion, and discusses its function. Based on the questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of the survey data, the relevant factors affecting the cohesion of the virtual community of education are obtained. Combined with the related factors and the characteristics of the educational virtual community, this paper puts forward the strategies to enhance the cohesion of the virtual community. Finally, this paper summarizes the research conclusions and innovation points, and prospects the research. Through the research and analysis, it is found that the three levels of community members' individual cohesion, community members' team cohesion and community organization cohesion constitute the cohesion of educational virtual community. The influencing factors of educational virtual community cohesion include external factors, students, teachers, community platform, cultural factors and so on. Based on these five factors, this paper puts forward some strategies to strengthen the cohesion of the virtual community in education by perfecting the role of community teachers, perfecting the community platform and perfecting the community cultural construction.
