【摘要】：[目的/意義]為了主導(dǎo)學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)事業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,占領(lǐng)傳播相關(guān)信息的新媒體的制高點(diǎn)。[方法/過(guò)程]采取樣本分析法。由"母媒體"光明網(wǎng)與中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)網(wǎng)的技術(shù)力量、思想力量與學(xué)術(shù)力量決定,其具有樣本相對(duì)完備性、建設(shè)性批判力量、權(quán)威性與公信力,"學(xué)術(shù)打假"與"社科評(píng)價(jià)"專欄是本研究考察中國(guó)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)狀況的一個(gè)好樣本。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]基于對(duì)這個(gè)樣本的考察與分析,得到如下結(jié)論:以時(shí)代意識(shí)、問(wèn)題意識(shí)、領(lǐng)域研究意識(shí)、創(chuàng)新意識(shí)與實(shí)踐意識(shí)等為導(dǎo)向,成為學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題研究的主流學(xué)術(shù)思想的靈魂;問(wèn)題意識(shí)的品質(zhì)得到進(jìn)一步提升,理論創(chuàng)新水平得到提高,實(shí)踐意義得到強(qiáng)化,是學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題研究的學(xué)術(shù)流變史。這兩點(diǎn)是理論工作者在"學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)"創(chuàng)新工作中的注意點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to dominate the development of academic evaluation, the aim / significance is to occupy the commanding position of new media for disseminating relevant information. [method / process] take sample analysis method. Determined by the technical, ideological and academic forces of the "mother media" Guangming net and the China Social Science Network, it has a relatively complete sample and a constructive critical force. The authoritativeness and credibility, the columns of "fighting against fraud" and "evaluation of social sciences" are a good example for this study to investigate the academic evaluation of Chinese humanities and social sciences. [results / conclusion] based on the investigation and analysis of this sample, the following conclusions are drawn: guided by the consciousness of the times, the consciousness of problem, the consciousness of domain research, the consciousness of innovation and the consciousness of practice, etc. It has become the soul of the mainstream academic thought in the research of academic evaluation problems, the quality of problem consciousness has been further improved, the level of theoretical innovation has been improved, and the practical significance has been strengthened, which is the academic evolution history of the research of academic evaluation problems. These two points are the attention of the theorists in the innovation work of academic evaluation.
