【摘要】：正系統(tǒng)誤差按照產(chǎn)生的來源可分為抽樣框誤差(Frame Error)、無回答誤差(Nonresponse Error)和計(jì)量誤差(Measurement Error)。按照抽樣調(diào)查實(shí)施的過程可以分為設(shè)計(jì)誤差、調(diào)查誤差、回答誤差和匯總誤差。1抽樣框誤差抽樣框誤差是指目標(biāo)總體和抽樣總體不一致時(shí)產(chǎn)生的誤差,主要的誤差類型有五個(gè)方面。一是抽樣總體不能覆蓋目標(biāo)總體,也稱作丟失目標(biāo)總體單元。產(chǎn)生的主要原因是對目標(biāo)總體估計(jì)不足,對變動的樣本總
