【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,改變了人們生活方式,目前全國癌癥發(fā)病率逐年增加,癌癥患者已成為一個龐大的群體,社會開始關(guān)注到癌癥患者這個群體。社會工作領(lǐng)域?qū)ν砥诎┌Y患者有所關(guān)注,并從理論上和實務(wù)方面進(jìn)行相關(guān)的研究,但對晚期癌癥患者家屬關(guān)注很少。晚期癌癥患者家屬在照顧患者過程中面臨著很大的壓力,這些壓力影響到晚期癌癥患者家屬的生理、心理狀況,對照顧者自身的健康和生活產(chǎn)生不良的影響。根據(jù)晚期癌癥患者的實際需求和患者家庭的現(xiàn)狀,以小組活動的方式,通過專業(yè)的社會工作服務(wù),幫助晚期癌癥患者家屬。在武漢Z醫(yī)院寧養(yǎng)院實習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)馬斯洛需求理論及社會支持理論等相關(guān)理論結(jié)合晚期癌癥患者家屬的特點對小組活動的設(shè)計運用專業(yè)社會工作方法。在活動中,小組成員學(xué)習(xí)和掌握緩解壓力、舒緩情緒的方法和技巧,組員之間相互鼓勵和支持,社會工作者引導(dǎo)小組成員建立社會心理支持網(wǎng),同時專業(yè)醫(yī)務(wù)人員通過給小組成員醫(yī)療和護(hù)理知識講座,提高晚期癌癥患者家屬照顧患者的能力。運用社會心理支持服務(wù)小組活動幫助晚期癌癥患者家屬緩解其身心壓力和焦慮、調(diào)整情緒和保證自身生活質(zhì)量的能力,從而更好的面對未來的生活,同時呼吁更多的人關(guān)注晚期癌癥患者家屬。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy, people's way of life has been changed. At present, the incidence of cancer in China is increasing year by year, cancer patients have become a huge group, and the society has begun to pay attention to the cancer patients. The social work field pays attention to the patients with advanced cancer, and carries on the related research theoretically and practically, but pays little attention to the family members of the patients with advanced cancer. The family members of patients with advanced cancer are under great pressure in the process of caring for the patients. These pressures affect the physiological and psychological status of the family members of patients with advanced cancer and have a negative impact on the health and life of the caregivers themselves. According to the actual needs of patients with advanced cancer and the current situation of their families, the family members of patients with advanced cancer can be helped through professional social work services in the form of group activities. On the basis of practice in Ningying Hospital of Wuhan Z Hospital, according to Maslow's demand theory and social support theory, combined with the characteristics of family members of patients with advanced cancer, the design of group activities was carried out by professional social work method. During the activities, the team members learn and master the methods and skills to relieve stress, relieve emotions, encourage and support each other among the members of the group, and social workers lead the group members to establish a network of psychosocial support. At the same time, medical professionals can improve the ability of the families of patients with advanced cancer to take care of patients by giving lectures on medical and nursing knowledge to group members. The use of psychosocial support group activities to help families of patients with advanced cancer ease their mental and physical stress and anxiety, adjust their emotions and ensure their own quality of life, so as to better face the future of life. It also calls for more attention to families of patients with advanced cancer.
