【摘要】：人類在20世紀(jì)90年代開(kāi)始進(jìn)入了一個(gè)嶄新的“因特網(wǎng)時(shí)代”,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)是這一時(shí)代的顯著特征。在此大背景下,一種新的社會(huì)形態(tài)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)悄然形成并蓬勃發(fā)展起來(lái)。與人類現(xiàn)實(shí)的社會(huì)系統(tǒng)相比,網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)是一種全新的虛擬化和開(kāi)放化的社會(huì)系統(tǒng),但它同時(shí)帶來(lái)了一系列危害社會(huì)的問(wèn)題,例如網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪、網(wǎng)絡(luò)黑客、網(wǎng)絡(luò)賭博、網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮、網(wǎng)絡(luò)惡搞等問(wèn)題,即被學(xué)界和社會(huì)稱之為網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)問(wèn)題。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)問(wèn)題成為當(dāng)前研究的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。 本文主要采用理論分析與實(shí)踐研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究。首先對(duì)本文涉及的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行了基本概念的梳理,即網(wǎng)絡(luò)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)問(wèn)題,其次闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,預(yù)測(cè)了未來(lái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì);然后進(jìn)一步探究了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)問(wèn)題的具體類型表現(xiàn)、特征和成因,并指出其對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)造成的影響;最后對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行控制的必要性和存在的困難作以分析,提出了控制原則和措施,以期為這一問(wèn)題的解決向社會(huì)各界提供理論和方法參考,從而促進(jìn)我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的健康運(yùn)行和良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the 1990s, mankind began to enter a new "Internet era", Internet technology is a prominent feature of this era. In this background, a new social formation-network society quietly formed and flourished. Compared with the social system of human reality, the network society is a new kind of virtual and open social system, but it also brings a series of harmful social problems, such as network crime, network hacker, network gambling, network addiction. Network spoof and other problems, that is, the academic community and society called network social problems. Network social problems have become a hot topic in current research. This paper mainly uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and practical research to study the social problems of network. Firstly, the basic concepts of the three keywords involved in this paper are combed, that is, network, network society and network social problems. Secondly, the present situation of network society is expounded, and the development trend of future network society is forecasted. Then it further explores the specific types, characteristics and causes of the network social problems, and points out its impact on the real society. Finally, it analyzes the necessity and difficulties of controlling the network social problems. The control principles and measures are put forward in order to provide a theoretical and methodological reference for the solution of this problem and to promote the healthy operation and healthy development of our country's network society.
