循環(huán)流動背景下農(nóng)民工子女學(xué)校適應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:流動人口問題在學(xué)界一直備受關(guān)注,究其根源主要與我國現(xiàn)代社會轉(zhuǎn)型體制政策存在缺陷密切相關(guān)。而農(nóng)民工子學(xué)校適應(yīng)女則是流動人口問題中比較重要的議題。農(nóng)民工子女學(xué)校適應(yīng)問題主要存在與兩個部分,首先是城市民辦學(xué)校的適應(yīng)與老家鄉(xiāng)村公立學(xué)校的適應(yīng)。在研究這一問題時,本文引入循環(huán)流動的視角,連接鄉(xiāng)村與城市的生活場景,盡可能全面的對農(nóng)民工子女的學(xué)校適應(yīng)問題做出全面的理解與探討。整個研究主要借鑒了布迪厄的實(shí)踐邏輯理論,主要從場域、慣習(xí)及資本來研究農(nóng)民工子女在循環(huán)流動中學(xué)校適應(yīng)問題。 本文采用質(zhì)性研究方法,在具體過程中結(jié)合參與觀察、半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談以及焦點(diǎn)訪談小組等,深入到農(nóng)民工子女所在學(xué)校及家庭場域,感知和體驗(yàn)其生活場景,得出結(jié)論。農(nóng)民工子女的循環(huán)流動是基于經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)實(shí)、對親情的追求及獲取更好的教育資源而來的。而農(nóng)民工子女對循環(huán)流動可以分為暫時性的一次循環(huán)流動和多次循環(huán)流動;對循環(huán)流動的態(tài)度可分為期待樂意型、排斥無奈型和效益最優(yōu)型三種。而學(xué)校適應(yīng)則主要從學(xué)業(yè)適應(yīng)、師生關(guān)系、同伴關(guān)系及學(xué)校環(huán)境四個層面分別對城市民辦學(xué)校和老家公立學(xué)校進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)合布迪厄的實(shí)踐邏輯,討論農(nóng)民工子女在學(xué)校場域從四個層面對應(yīng)的不同資本的擁有程度以及內(nèi)化的慣習(xí)來研究學(xué)校適應(yīng)問題。得出農(nóng)民工子女的學(xué)校適應(yīng)取決于其所擁有的資本,在這一過程種不斷塑造了其慣習(xí)進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化了這一情況。最后,本文從政策、再生產(chǎn)、空間及研究倫理幾方面做了進(jìn)一步的討論。
[Abstract]:The problem of floating population has been paid close attention to in academic circles, and its origin is closely related to the defects of the system and policy of modern social transformation in our country. The migrant children school adapts the female is the floating population question in the more important topic. There are two main problems in the adaptation of the children of migrant workers, first of all, the adaptation of the private schools in the cities and the adaptation of the public schools in the rural areas. In the study of this issue, this paper introduces the perspective of circulation flow, connecting the rural and urban life scenes, as comprehensive as possible to the children of migrant workers to make a comprehensive understanding and discussion of school adaptation. The whole study mainly draws lessons from Bourdieu's practical logic theory, mainly from the field, habit and capital to study the school adaptation of migrant workers' children in circulation. In this paper, the qualitative research method is used in the concrete process, such as participation observation, semi-structure interview and focus interview group, etc., it goes deep into the school and family field of the children of migrant workers, perceives and experiences their life scene, and draws a conclusion. The circulating flow of migrant workers' children is based on the economic reality, the pursuit of kinship and the acquisition of better educational resources. The children of migrant workers can be divided into temporary one cycle flow and multiple circulation flow, and the attitude towards circulation flow can be divided into three types: expectant and willing type, exclusive helplessness type and optimal benefit type. School adaptation is mainly analyzed from four aspects: academic adaptation, teacher-student relationship, peer relationship and school environment. Combined with Bourdieu's practical logic, this paper discusses the different capital ownership and internalized habits of migrant workers' children in the school field from four levels to study school adaptation. It is concluded that the school adaptation of migrant children depends on the capital they have, which is further reinforced by the constant shaping of their habits in this process. Finally, this paper makes a further discussion from the aspects of policy, reproduction, space and research ethics.
