【摘要】：當(dāng)前中國農(nóng)村文化民生建設(shè)主要存在農(nóng)村公共文化產(chǎn)品供給不足、農(nóng)村文化服務(wù)供需脫節(jié)、農(nóng)村文化管理失范、農(nóng)村文化民生產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后等問題。外國農(nóng)村文化民生建設(shè)中提供的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),如以農(nóng)村社區(qū)為基本單元和重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)化公共文化民生設(shè)施建設(shè),以農(nóng)村社區(qū)公共文化服務(wù)平臺(tái)及活動(dòng)為載體推動(dòng)核心價(jià)值觀大眾化,以農(nóng)民合作組織為切入點(diǎn)將文化民生建設(shè)和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營有效融合,值得吸收與借鑒。據(jù)此提出中國文化民生建設(shè)的基本策略:推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀"四化",提高農(nóng)民文化生活品質(zhì);以農(nóng)村社區(qū)為重點(diǎn),切實(shí)提高公共文化產(chǎn)品供給效能;以創(chuàng)新為第一動(dòng)力,驅(qū)動(dòng)農(nóng)村文化產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展;完善管理體制機(jī)制,確保農(nóng)村文化民生健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the construction of rural culture and people's livelihood in China, such as the insufficient supply of rural public cultural products, the disconnection between the supply and demand of rural cultural services, the abnormal management of rural culture, and the lag in the development of rural cultural and livelihood industries. The beneficial experiences provided in the construction of foreign rural culture and people's livelihood, such as the rural community as the basic unit and the emphasis on strengthening the construction of public cultural and livelihood facilities, and the rural community public cultural service platform and activities as the carrier to promote the popularization of core values, The effective integration of the construction of culture and people's livelihood with the production and management of farmers' cooperative organizations is worth absorbing and using for reference. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the basic strategies for the construction of Chinese culture and people's livelihood: to promote the socialist core values "four modernizations", to improve the quality of peasants' cultural life, to focus on rural communities, to improve the efficiency of public cultural products supply, and to take innovation as the first driving force. Drive the healthy development of rural cultural industry, improve the management system and mechanism to ensure the healthy development of rural culture and people's livelihood.
