【摘要】：社會(huì)工作旨在促進(jìn)社會(huì)變革和增進(jìn)人類福祉,其使命是實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)正義,尤其在實(shí)踐中,怎么幫助利益受損群體是其非常重要的方面,同時(shí)這也成為不論在當(dāng)下還是在歷史上都是一個(gè)備受爭議的話題。很多文獻(xiàn)中也有闡述說這是實(shí)踐分歧中非常具有代表性的爭論,社會(huì)工作者在實(shí)踐中很少的致力于去實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)工作的根本使命。本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)、電話的調(diào)查形式為主,共收集了164個(gè)社會(huì)工作者的反饋問卷,其調(diào)查問題是探討社會(huì)工作者對社會(huì)正義態(tài)度的影響性因素,此外還探討了社會(huì)正義感同其實(shí)踐行為之間的關(guān)系。研究表明,10個(gè)個(gè)人背景變量中性別、接受過的社會(huì)工作教育、知曉社會(huì)正義知識和實(shí)習(xí)/實(shí)務(wù)方向與社會(huì)正義態(tài)度總得分沒有顯著關(guān)系,其余個(gè)人背景變量均與社會(huì)正義總分之間有顯著差異,社會(huì)工作者對于社會(huì)正義感得分同他們的社會(huì)正義實(shí)踐得分之間并不具有相關(guān)關(guān)系。針對上述研究發(fā)現(xiàn),筆者從四個(gè)方面提出建議。社會(huì)層面,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)對專業(yè)的認(rèn)可;政府層面,完善依法治國的體系同時(shí)構(gòu)建完備的社會(huì)福利政策;機(jī)構(gòu)層面,通過對社會(huì)工作的認(rèn)可提升社會(huì)工作者的職業(yè)歸屬感與職業(yè)發(fā)展;社會(huì)工作者,不斷提升自身的專業(yè)知識儲(chǔ)備,樹立自己獨(dú)特的價(jià)值理念。
[Abstract]:Social work is designed to promote social change and human well-being, and its mission is to achieve social justice and, in particular, in practice, how to help those who have lost their interests is a very important aspect of it, At the same time, this has become a controversial topic both in the present and in history. It is also stated in many literatures that this is a very representative argument in practice, and that social workers are rarely committed to realizing the fundamental mission of social work in practice. In this paper, a total of 164 social workers' feedback questionnaires were collected in the form of network and telephone surveys. The question was to explore the influencing factors of social workers' attitude towards social justice. In addition, the relationship between the sense of social justice and its practical behavior is also discussed. The study showed that there was no significant correlation between gender, social work education, knowledge of social justice and practice / practice orientation in 10 personal background variables. There were significant differences between the other personal background variables and the total score of social justice, and there was no correlation between the scores of social justice and social justice practice of social workers. In view of the above research findings, the author puts forward suggestions from four aspects. At the social level, strengthen the social recognition of the profession; at the government level, improve the system of governing the country according to law and build a complete social welfare policy; at the institutional level, Through the recognition of social work to enhance the social workers' sense of belonging and career development, social workers, constantly improve their own professional knowledge reserves, set up their own unique value concept.
