【摘要】：何謂幸福以及如何實(shí)現(xiàn)幸福是人類(lèi)追求的永恒主題。處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型特殊期的當(dāng)代中國(guó),綜合國(guó)力和經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力顯著提升的同時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的幸福悖論現(xiàn)象讓現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的人們對(duì)幸福的理解產(chǎn)生偏差。如何化解“幸福悖論”,實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展?中共中央適時(shí)地提出了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,強(qiáng)調(diào)圍繞以人為本來(lái)突出發(fā)展要義,發(fā)展要超越“增長(zhǎng)的極限”達(dá)致為國(guó)民謀求幸福的終極目的,這體現(xiàn)了對(duì)發(fā)展終極目標(biāo)的科學(xué)回應(yīng)。一定意義上說(shuō),科學(xué)發(fā)展觀就是人民幸福觀。 基于科學(xué)發(fā)展觀是貼近中國(guó)人的現(xiàn)實(shí)幸福的理論成果,故而對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的研究頗有意義。本文擬從理論和實(shí)踐層面對(duì)其進(jìn)行梳理分析。本文主要分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分,論述了幸福概念、幸福類(lèi)型及幸福性質(zhì)。第二部分,系統(tǒng)論述了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的基本內(nèi)涵,科學(xué)發(fā)展觀與國(guó)民幸福的相互關(guān)系,闡明了國(guó)民幸福是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的落腳點(diǎn),國(guó)民幸福是落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向,改善民生是落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀和增加國(guó)民幸福的基本思路。第三部分,結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)民幸�，F(xiàn)狀,分析了影響國(guó)民幸福的主要因素。最后一部分,主要從宏觀層面探討了增加國(guó)民幸福的路徑,闡明了增加國(guó)民幸福需要經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)、生態(tài)等維度的協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:What is happiness and how to achieve happiness is the eternal theme of human pursuit. In the special period of social transformation in contemporary China, the comprehensive national strength and economic strength have been significantly improved, at the same time, the paradox of happiness in economic development has led to the deviation of people's understanding of happiness in real life. How to resolve the "happiness paradox" and realize the scientific development? The CPC Central Committee has put forward the concept of scientific development at the right time, emphasizing the importance of development around the people-oriented approach and surpassing the "limit of growth" to achieve the ultimate goal of seeking happiness for the people, which reflects the scientific response to the ultimate goal of development. To a certain extent, the scientific concept of development is the concept of happiness for the people. Based on the view of scientific development, the research on this issue is of great significance because it is a theoretical achievement close to the real happiness of Chinese people. This paper intends to comb and analyze it from the theoretical and practical aspects. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the concept, types and nature of happiness. The second part systematically discusses the basic connotation of the scientific development concept, the relationship between the scientific development concept and the national happiness, and clarifies that the national happiness is the foothold of the scientific development view, and the national happiness is the value guidance to carry out the scientific development view. Improving people's livelihood is the basic idea of implementing scientific development view and increasing national happiness. The third part, combined with the present situation of national happiness, analyzes the main factors affecting national happiness. The last part mainly discusses the way to increase the national happiness from the macro level and expounds that increasing the national happiness needs the coordinated promotion of the dimensions of economy politics culture society ecology and so on.
