【摘要】：從古至今,國家的組織與治理離不開兩大要素:一是有序的社會;二是有效的制度。各國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展都必然面臨社會再造和制度重建的問題,各國情況不同,這兩大問題對各國現(xiàn)代化構(gòu)成的挑戰(zhàn)是不同的。中國進行的是社會主義現(xiàn)代化,革命后建立了社會主義制度,現(xiàn)正日益趨向系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化,但社會主義改造以及改革開放以來的市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展使中國社會結(jié)構(gòu)長期處于流變之中,沒有形成穩(wěn)定的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu),這對于構(gòu)建成熟的國家治理體系是一大挑戰(zhàn)。為此,中國應(yīng)該重構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)社會以支撐國家治理體系的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,并且,中國的基礎(chǔ)社會重構(gòu)應(yīng)著力于發(fā)育日常生活共同體。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, the organization and governance of a country can not be separated from two elements: an orderly society and an effective system. Every country must face the problems of social reconstruction and system reconstruction. The situation of each country is different, and the challenges posed by these two problems to the modernization of each country are different. China is carrying out socialist modernization, the socialist system has been established after the revolution, and it is increasingly becoming systematized and standardized. However, the socialist transformation and the development of market economy since the reform and opening up have made the social structure of China in the process of long-term change, without the formation of a stable basic structure, which is a great challenge to the construction of a mature national governance system. Therefore, China should reconstruct the basic society to support the modernization of the national governance system, and the reconstruction of China's basic society should focus on the development of the community of daily life.
