【摘要】：臨終關(guān)懷(英文：hospice或palliative care)并不是治療或者說(shuō)是和醫(yī)學(xué)意義上的治療方法一樣,它是在病人將要死亡前的一段時(shí)間,幾天,幾個(gè)星期或者幾個(gè)月的有限時(shí)間里,減輕病人的生病狀況、緩和疾病病發(fā)的一種護(hù)理方式。臨終關(guān)懷是近代的一種邊緣性的,和其他科學(xué)交叉的,但是有屬于醫(yī)學(xué)范疇的一種學(xué)科,是當(dāng)今文明社會(huì)的一種需要,也是人類(lèi)文明發(fā)展進(jìn)步的一種重要體現(xiàn)。在整個(gè)人類(lèi)社會(huì)來(lái)說(shuō),它出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間很短,到現(xiàn)在為止也不超過(guò)四十年。 筆者的選題目的非常簡(jiǎn)單,就是希望通過(guò)社會(huì)工作者的介入,利用個(gè)案訪談、危機(jī)介入模式等,找尋臨終老人最后所需要的,精神上能真正給與臨終老人幫助的方式,使得臨終老人在最后的生命里能不留遺憾的減少痛苦的逝去。
[Abstract]:Hospice or palliative care is not a treatment or a medical treatment. It is a kind of care that relieves the sickness of a patient for a limited period of time, days, weeks or months before his or her death. In modern times, a kind of marginal and interdisciplinary subject, but it belongs to the category of medicine, is a need of modern civilized society and an important manifestation of the development and progress of human civilization.
The author's choice of the topic is very simple, that is, through the intervention of social workers, using case interviews, crisis intervention model, etc., to find the final needs of the elderly dying, spiritually can really help the elderly dying, so that the elderly dying in the final life can not leave regrets to reduce the pain of the death.
