【摘要】：目的了解社區(qū)老年人自我價值感現(xiàn)狀;分析社區(qū)老年人自我價值感的影響因素。方法采用整群抽樣法,于2015年11月~2016年3月對唐山市豐南區(qū)胥各莊街道辦事處所轄的3個社區(qū)居委會登記的戶籍并現(xiàn)居本地的1802名60歲及以上老年人進行問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查工具包括老年人一般情況調(diào)查表(性別、年齡、文化程度、婚姻狀況、月收入、收支情況、醫(yī)保類型、職業(yè)、工作性質(zhì)、子女生活狀況、團體活動參加情況、是否繼續(xù)工作和學(xué)習(xí)等)、成年人自我價值感問卷、中文版健康促進生活方式量表(HPLP-C)、USL-6孤獨感量表、老年人給予成年子女社會支持問卷(SSB)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、社會支持評定量表(SSRS)。資料匯總錄入Excel表整理后用SPSS17.0軟件進行描述和統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果1社區(qū)老年人自我價值感現(xiàn)狀:社區(qū)老年人自我價值感平均分為(109.22±10.704)分,家庭關(guān)系(27.05±3.971)分,個人品質(zhì)(21.56±2.189)分,交際關(guān)系(17.51±3.425)分,身體外形(16.25±2.010)分,生活態(tài)度(15.94±2.310)分,社會關(guān)系(10.91±1.809)分。各維度得分按平均分由低到高依次為交際關(guān)系維度(3.50±0.685)、社會關(guān)系維度(3.64±0.603)、家庭關(guān)系維度(3.86±0.567)、生活態(tài)度維度(3.98±0.578)、身體外形維度(4.06±0.503)、個人品質(zhì)維度(4.31±0.483)。2社區(qū)老年人自我價值感的單因素分析:老年人自我價值感總評分在性別、年齡、文化程度、婚姻狀況、月收入、收支情況、醫(yī)保類型、職業(yè)、工作性質(zhì)、日常生活能力、是否需要照護、睡眠質(zhì)量、患慢性病種類、子女生活狀況、社會支持、給予子女支持、家庭氛圍、家庭地位、孤獨感、健康行為、團體活動參加情況、是否繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)間差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。3社區(qū)老年人自我價值感的多因素分析:老年人自我價值感總分的影響因素依次為健康行為、孤獨感、文化程度、給予子女支持、家庭氛圍、日常生活能力、家庭地位、患慢性病種類、參加團體活動、是否需要照護、性別、工作性質(zhì)、收支情況、社會支持。結(jié)論1唐山市豐南區(qū)社區(qū)老年人自我價值感平均分為(109.22±10.704)分,處于中等水平,老年人對自我交際關(guān)系評價較低,對個人品質(zhì)評價較高。2社區(qū)老年人自我價值感總分的影響因素依次為健康行為、孤獨感、文化程度、給予子女支持、家庭氛圍、日常生活能力、家庭地位、患慢性病種類、參加團體活動、是否需要照護、性別、工作性質(zhì)、收支情況、社會支持。
[Abstract]:Objective To understand the status quo of self-worth of the elderly in the community and analyze the influencing factors of self-worth of the elderly in the community.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to analyze the household registration of 3 community neighborhood committees under the jurisdiction of Xugezhuang Subdistrict Office in Fengnan District of Tangshan City from November 2015 to March 2016. Questionnaires were used to investigate the general situation of the elderly (gender, age, educational level, marital status, monthly income, income and expenditure, type of medical insurance, occupation, nature of work, children's living conditions, participation in group activities, whether to continue working and learning, etc.), adult self-worth questionnaire, Chinese version of health promotion lifestyle HPLP-C, USL-6 Loneliness Scale, Social Support Questionnaire for Adult Children (SSB), Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used to describe and analyze the self-worth of the elderly in the community. The average score of feeling was (109.22+10.704), family relationship (27.05+3.971), personal quality (21.56+2.189), communication relationship (17.51+3.425), body shape (16.25+2.010), life attitude (15.94+2.310) and social relationship (10.91+1.809). The average score of each dimension was in turn the communicative relationship dimension (3.50+0.685), society. Social relationship dimension (3.64 [0.603], family relationship dimension (3.86 [0.567]), life attitude dimension (3.98 [0.578]), body shape dimension (4.06 [0.503], personal quality dimension (4.31 [0.483]). 2 Single factor analysis of self-worth of community elderly: the total score of self-worth of the elderly in gender, age, education, marital status, monthly income, income, income and expenditure There were significant differences in the status, type of medical insurance, occupation, nature of work, ability of daily living, need of care, quality of sleep, type of chronic diseases, children's living conditions, social support, support for their children, family atmosphere, family status, loneliness, health behavior, participation in group activities, and whether they continued to study (P 0.01). Multivariate analysis of the self-worth of the elderly in the district: The influencing factors of the total score of self-worth of the elderly were health behavior, loneliness, educational level, giving support to their children, family atmosphere, daily living ability, family status, type of chronic disease, participation in group activities, need of care, gender, nature of work, income and expenditure, social expenditure. Conclusion 1. The average score of self-worth of the elderly in Fengnan District of Tangshan City was (109.22 +10.704). The average score of self-worth of the elderly was in the middle level. The elderly had a lower evaluation of self-communicative relationship and a higher evaluation of personal quality. 2 The influencing factors of the total score of self-worth of the elderly in Fengnan District of Tangshan City were health behavior, loneliness, educational level and support from their children. Family climate, daily living ability, family status, type of chronic disease, participation in group activities, need for care, gender, nature of work, income and expenditure, social support.
