【摘要】：殘障人士就業(yè)問題一直以來都是政府及社會普遍關(guān)注的社會問題。殘障人士由于自身身體條件的限制而不能平等的參與社會勞動,導(dǎo)致其就業(yè)問題受到極大困擾。本文從社會工作角度入手針對殘障人士就業(yè)技能提升展開研究,以長春心語志愿者協(xié)會發(fā)起“心語益樂工坊助殘項(xiàng)目”為依托,組織出行不便的殘疾人接受職業(yè)技能的培訓(xùn),運(yùn)用小組社會工作方法,通過小組技能培訓(xùn)及相關(guān)活動,使殘友們掌握手工藝品編織技能,提升殘友就業(yè)能力。本文運(yùn)用小組工作的社會工作方法介入殘障人士就業(yè)技能提升,幫助服務(wù)對象建立社會參與的方法和能力。具體以吉林省白山市靖宇縣聯(lián)合社區(qū)殘友們?yōu)槔?結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貧堄褌兊木唧w情況和需求,進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研,該社區(qū)殘障人士所占比例較多,近年來聯(lián)合社區(qū)一直致力于解決殘障人士的就業(yè)問題,為殘障人士謀求就業(yè)機(jī)會。吉林省白山市靖宇縣聯(lián)合社區(qū)殘障人士群體,通過本項(xiàng)目的技能培訓(xùn)小組的定期交流及手工技能競賽,提高了殘障人士的社交能力,團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,改變殘友們的就業(yè)觀,提升他們就業(yè)意愿和興趣愛好,提升了該地區(qū)殘障人士的就業(yè)比率。
[Abstract]:The employment of the disabled has always been a social problem concerned by the government and the society. Because of the limitation of their own physical condition, disabled people can not participate in social labor equally, which results in their employment problem being greatly troubled. From the perspective of social work, this paper aims at improving the employment skills of the disabled. Based on the project of "Xinyue Yile Workshop to assist the disabled" launched by Changchun Heart language Volunteer Association, the disabled with difficulty in travel are organized to receive vocational skills training. Using group social work method, through group skill training and related activities, the disabled can master handicraft weaving skills and enhance their employability. In this paper, the social work method of group work is used to improve the employment skills of the disabled and to help the clients to establish the methods and abilities of social participation. Specifically, taking Jingyu County, Baishan City, Jilin Province as an example, the disabled people in this community accounted for a large proportion of the disabled, taking into account the specific conditions and needs of the local disabled people. In recent years, the United community has been working to solve the employment problems of the disabled and seek employment opportunities for the disabled. In Jingyu County, Baishan City, Jilin Province, through the regular exchange of skills training groups and manual skill competitions, the disabled people's social ability, teamwork ability, and disabled people's view on employment have been improved. Increasing their interest and interest in employment has increased the employment rate of the disabled in the region.
