關系強度、異質(zhì)性資源與部門差異——一個基于社會資本條件性來源與回報的研究假設

【摘要】:關系強度如何影響地位獲得?是強關系還是弱關系更有用?過往社會資本理論從簡單因果關系視角出發(fā),或者強調(diào)關系所鏈接社會位置的結構差異,或者強調(diào)區(qū)別于經(jīng)濟交換的社會交換,從而造成非強即弱的理論困境。本研究指出社會資本的來源和回報是復雜因果過程。關系強度專屬于所鏈接的異質(zhì)性資源,與人力資本共同影響地位獲得。強關系及其專屬影響力對公立部門職業(yè)獲得機會的正面影響隨著求職者人力資本水平的提高而提高;弱關系及其專屬信息對私立部門職業(yè)獲得機會的正面影響隨著求職者人力資本水平的提高而提高。
[Abstract]:How does the relationship strength affect status acquisition? Is a strong or weak relationship more useful? From the perspective of simple causality, the theory of social capital in the past either emphasizes the structural difference of the social position linked by the relationship, or the social exchange which is different from the economic exchange, which leads to the theoretical dilemma of either strong or weak. This study points out that the source and return of social capital is a complex causal process. The relationship strength belongs to the linked heterogeneity resources and influences the status together with the human capital. The positive influence of strong relationship and its exclusive influence on the employment opportunities in the public sector increases with the improvement of job seekers' human capital level; The positive impact of weak relationship and its exclusive information on the employment opportunities in the private sector increases with the improvement of job seekers' human capital level.
