【摘要】：我國聾啞人數(shù)量龐大,而社會在對待聾啞人和殘疾人方面缺乏耐心和包容。自身聽力喪失阻礙了聾啞人與外界的溝通交流,社會的冷漠與歧視加重了他們的自卑與心理封閉。尤其聾啞青少年,還要克服青春期身心矛盾的沖突,在社會交往中產(chǎn)生障礙的現(xiàn)象非常普遍。基于此,本文通過個案介入的方式,探索解決聾啞青少年的社交障礙,提升他們的社交能力的方法路徑。本研究通過具體案例,以社會工作的視角和方法,評估聾啞青少年社交存在的問題、形成的原因后,設(shè)計介入方案。通過持續(xù)的介入幫助,案主認(rèn)識到自己的問題,逐步揭開內(nèi)心的困擾,走出心理陰影,開始主動與人溝通,人際交往能力得到很大提升。通過評估社會工作介入解決聾啞青少年社會交往障礙,總結(jié)出具有一般性的相關(guān)建議,對于幫助這一群體恢復(fù)樂觀、積極向上的人生態(tài)度,解決其社交困擾,實(shí)現(xiàn)助人自助具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:There are a large number of deaf and mute people in our country, and the society lacks patience and tolerance in dealing with deaf mutes and disabled persons. Self-hearing loss hinders communication and communication between deaf people and the outside world, and social indifference and discrimination aggravate their inferiority complex and psychological isolation. Especially the deaf-mute teenagers, but also to overcome the conflict between the adolescent body and mind, the phenomenon of obstacles in social interaction is very common. Based on this, this paper explores the ways to solve the social barriers of deaf and mute adolescents and to improve their social ability through the method of individual intervention. In this study, the social problems of deaf and mute adolescents were evaluated from the perspective of social work and the causes of their social problems, and the intervention scheme was designed. Through continuous intervention, the victim realizes his own problems, gradually uncovers his inner troubles, steps out of the psychological shadow, and begins to communicate with others actively, and his interpersonal skills are greatly improved. Through the evaluation of social work intervention to solve the social interaction of deaf and mute adolescents, summed up the relevant general recommendations, to help this group to restore optimism, positive attitude towards life, to solve their social problems, It is of great significance to help others to help themselves.
