【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)及城市化的迅速發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了越來越嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問題,環(huán)境污染的加重愈發(fā)引起人們的普遍關(guān)注。作為一項(xiàng)公共事業(yè)的環(huán)境保護(hù),需要女性參與。研究女性在公共領(lǐng)域的環(huán)境行為,找到影響女性公共領(lǐng)域環(huán)境行為的因素,進(jìn)而采取相關(guān)對(duì)策改變女性的環(huán)境行為,動(dòng)員女性積極參與環(huán)境保護(hù),對(duì)于推動(dòng)女性積極參與社會(huì)公共生活,提高女性公共參與的程度,促進(jìn)人與社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展有重要意義。本文以濟(jì)南市445位城市女性問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),探討城市女性在公共領(lǐng)域的環(huán)境行為,分析影響女性公共環(huán)境行為的主要因素,尋找影響女性公共環(huán)境行為的各因素與公共環(huán)境行為之間的關(guān)系,為了解城市女性的公共環(huán)境保護(hù)行為,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)城市女性的公共環(huán)境行為在公共政策領(lǐng)域的實(shí)現(xiàn),發(fā)揮政府、婦聯(lián)、女性環(huán)境組織的帶頭作用,動(dòng)員女性保護(hù)環(huán)境提供有益的建議。首先,本文基于ABC理論構(gòu)建城市女性公共環(huán)境行為的影響因素理論分析框架,在此基礎(chǔ)上采用信度分析和探索性的因子分析方法考察所使用問卷的信度及效度,并利用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了城市女性的公共環(huán)境行為及各影響因素的整體情況,隨后使用相關(guān)性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了各影響因素與城市女性公共環(huán)境行為的相關(guān)關(guān)系,同時(shí)使用方差分析探究了人口特征因素和環(huán)境價(jià)值觀在公共環(huán)境行為上的差異性。結(jié)果表明：我國(guó)城市女性的公共領(lǐng)域環(huán)境行為總體水平較低,環(huán)境知識(shí)(關(guān)于環(huán)境問題方面的知識(shí)、環(huán)境保護(hù)所需的策略和技能知識(shí))、環(huán)境態(tài)度(環(huán)境關(guān)心、環(huán)境的敏感度)、外部因素(合作參與、參與渠道、法規(guī)和政策、信息公開)與城市女性的公共環(huán)境行為具有高度相關(guān)性；人口特征因素(年齡、受教育程度)和環(huán)境價(jià)值觀在公共環(huán)境行為上存在顯著差異性。接著,本文采用多元線性回歸分析探討了各類因素影響公共環(huán)境行為的程度,隨后采用分層回歸分析檢驗(yàn)了外部因素在城市女性的環(huán)境態(tài)度對(duì)環(huán)保行為影響中的調(diào)節(jié)功能。分析結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)有更多的女性共同參與時(shí),參加的途徑越多,有關(guān)的參與制度和政策完善的情況下,環(huán)境態(tài)度越積極,城市女性的公共環(huán)境行為就會(huì)增強(qiáng)。因此,在探討促進(jìn)城市女性的公共環(huán)境行為時(shí),既要注重提高女性自身的心理因素,又要發(fā)揮政府、社會(huì)、女性環(huán)境組織的作用,完善女性參與公共環(huán)境行為的外部政策措施,推進(jìn)女性積極參與到環(huán)境保護(hù)中去。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy and urbanization has brought more and more serious environmental problems, and the aggravation of environmental pollution has attracted more and more attention. Environmental protection as a public utility requires women's participation. This paper studies the environmental behavior of women in the public sphere, finds out the factors that affect the environmental behavior of women in the public sphere, and then takes relevant countermeasures to change the environmental behavior of women, and mobilizes women to participate actively in environmental protection. It is of great significance to promote the active participation of women in social public life, to improve the degree of female public participation and to promote the sustainable development of people and society. Based on the survey data of 445 urban women in Jinan, this paper discusses the environmental behavior of urban women in the public sphere, and analyzes the main factors that affect the public environmental behavior of women. In order to understand the public environmental protection behavior of urban women and promote the realization of urban women's public environmental behavior in the field of public policy, we should find out the relationship between the factors that affect women's public environmental behavior and public environmental behaviors. Women's Federation, a leading role of women's environmental organizations, to mobilize women to protect the environment to provide useful advice. First of all, based on ABC theory, this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of influencing factors of urban women's public environmental behavior, and then uses reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis to investigate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Using descriptive statistics, this paper analyzes the public environmental behavior of urban women and the overall situation of the influencing factors, and then uses the correlation statistics to analyze the correlation between the influencing factors and the urban women's public environmental behavior. At the same time, the variance analysis was used to explore the differences of population characteristics and environmental values in public environmental behavior. The results show that the overall level of environmental behavior of urban women in China is relatively low, environmental knowledge (knowledge on environmental issues, strategies and skills required for environmental protection), environmental attitudes (environmental concern), Environmental sensitivity), external factors (cooperative participation, channels of participation, regulations and policies, information disclosure) are highly correlated with urban women's public environmental behaviour; demographic characteristics (age, etc.) There are significant differences in public environmental behavior between educational level and environmental values. Then, this paper uses multiple linear regression analysis to explore the degree of influence of various factors on public environmental behavior, and then uses stratified regression analysis to test the regulatory function of external factors in the impact of environmental attitude of urban women on environmental behavior. The results show that when more women participate together, the more ways to participate, the more positive the environmental attitude is, the more the public environmental behavior of urban women will be. Therefore, when we discuss the promotion of urban women's public environmental behavior, we should not only pay attention to improving women's own psychological factors, but also give play to the role of the government, society and women's environmental organizations, and perfect the external policies and measures for women's participation in public environmental behavior. To promote the active participation of women in environmental protection.
