IT企業(yè)員工社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移效果影響研究
[Abstract]:As a rising star, IT industry plays a more and more important role in the economic structure of our country. With the deepening of the globalization of the world economy, the competition among enterprises in IT industry is intensifying. Its own industry characteristics make the knowledge ability of IT employees become the focus of enterprise managers. It is an important research content for employees to innovate in their work and keep their core competence in the competition. At the same time, from the perspective of internal marketing, in addition to the previous factors affecting job satisfaction, the promotion of knowledge and ability in the work has gradually become an important factor that can not be ignored in employee job satisfaction. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, this paper attempts to discuss the relationship between the social network structure of IT industry and the effect of knowledge transfer from the perspective of enterprise knowledge management. First of all, the research background, research significance and research status at home and abroad are introduced. Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper designs the research framework, and explains the research ideas, research content and research methods. Secondly, it introduces the social network structure, knowledge transfer effect and other relevant theoretical knowledge. Based on the previous researches, this paper puts forward the conceptual model of the research, and points out that the social network structure of IT employees has a positive impact on the effect of knowledge transfer. It is assumed that the willingness to receive knowledge and the ability to absorb knowledge play an intermediary role in the influence. In order to verify the hypothesis, based on the relevant research at home and abroad, combined with the research hypothesis, the questionnaire was developed. Through Baidu open cloud platform, the pre-survey was carried out first, and then PASW18.0 was used to analyze the survey data in order to purify the scale. A formal investigation was carried out with the purified scale to verify the results of factor analysis. The fitting degree of the conceptual model and the actual data was tested and the mediating effect was tested. Through empirical analysis, the corresponding conclusions are obtained. Finally, according to the conclusion, the paper puts forward three management suggestions, including helping employees to establish a social network structure conducive to knowledge transfer, enhancing employees' willingness to accept knowledge from various angles and paying close attention to the enhancement of employees' knowledge absorption ability.
