【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)和普及給人們的生活帶來了翻天覆地的變化，各種各樣的網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇極大地拓展了人們信息交流和分享的渠道。然而，網(wǎng)絡(luò)水軍混雜其中，大大降低了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的真實(shí)性和有效性，干擾了輿論的真實(shí)走向，甚至引發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信任危機(jī)。因此，了解水軍群體的特征、如何識(shí)別水軍帖對(duì)治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)水軍現(xiàn)象具有重要意義。 本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)水軍活躍的天涯BBS入手，抓取若干熱帖的特征屬性數(shù)據(jù)，首先進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理，通過變量相關(guān)性分析提出用戶主頁(yè)的注冊(cè)日期、登錄次數(shù)和粉絲數(shù)為三個(gè)有效聚類變量。然后，以自組織映射神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)（SOM）聚類為預(yù)處理，找出合理聚類數(shù)N的區(qū)間值和最終聚類中心，將其作為K-means聚類的聚類數(shù)和初始聚類中心，實(shí)現(xiàn)SOM K-means兩階段聚類分析，以提高聚類的精確性。從聚類的視角發(fā)現(xiàn)水軍群體的注冊(cè)日期明顯集中于個(gè)別日期，其粉絲數(shù)、帖子數(shù)較少，各變量數(shù)據(jù)的相似性明顯，用戶ID命名規(guī)則異常等特點(diǎn)，，并提出從注冊(cè)日期的集中性、各變量數(shù)據(jù)一致性、前兩頁(yè)頂帖用戶的注冊(cè)日期集中程度和用戶ID命名規(guī)則等四個(gè)方面識(shí)別水軍帖，并以實(shí)例說明了該規(guī)則能夠有效應(yīng)用于水軍帖的識(shí)別。最后，提出本研究的不足之處和未來研究方向。 綜上，本文按照數(shù)據(jù)的獲取、處理、分析和應(yīng)用的思路來組織內(nèi)容，從聚類視角研究BBS帖子用戶的屬性特征，重點(diǎn)總結(jié)水軍群體的特征表現(xiàn)，為水軍帖識(shí)別提供一種有效方法。
[Abstract]:The emergence and popularization of the Internet have brought about tremendous changes in people's lives, and various network forums have greatly expanded the channels for people to exchange and share information. However, the intermingling of network forces greatly reduces the authenticity and effectiveness of network information, interferes with the true trend of public opinion, and even leads to network trust crisis. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the characteristics of watermen and how to identify them. This paper starts with the active BBS of the network army, grabs the characteristic attribute data of some hot posts, first carries on the data preprocessing, proposes the registration date of the user's home page through the variable correlation analysis. The number of login and the number of fans are three effective clustering variables. Then, based on the self-organizing mapping neural network (SOM) clustering, the interval value and the final clustering center of the reasonable clustering number N are found out, which is used as the clustering number and the initial clustering center of K-means clustering, and the SOM K-means two-stage clustering analysis is realized. In order to improve the accuracy of clustering. From the point of view of clustering, it is found that the registration date of water army group is obviously concentrated on individual date, the number of fans and posts is less, the similarity of variable data is obvious, the rule of user ID naming is abnormal and so on, and the centrality of registration date is put forward. The data consistency of each variable, the registration date concentration of users in the first two pages and the naming rules of user ID are four aspects to identify the waterfront posts, and an example is given to show that the rules can be effectively applied to the identification of Shuijun posts. Finally, the deficiency and future research direction of this study are put forward. In summary, according to the idea of data acquisition, processing, analysis and application, this paper organizes the content, studies the attribute characteristics of users of BBS posts from the perspective of clustering, and summarizes the characteristics of water army groups, which provides an effective method for the identification of water posts.
