【摘要】：盡管伴隨著社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型我國(guó)的家庭養(yǎng)老功能逐步弱化,但是我國(guó)農(nóng)村的養(yǎng)老方式依然以家庭養(yǎng)老為主。老年人能否獲得家庭支持及家庭支持的程度如何,都將對(duì)老年人的生活滿意度產(chǎn)生顯著影響。本研究利用2013年“中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查”數(shù)據(jù),以我國(guó)農(nóng)村老年人為研究對(duì)象,基于馬斯洛需求理論、社會(huì)交換理論和社會(huì)比較理論,利用定性和定量相結(jié)合方法,探討家庭支持對(duì)老年人生活滿意度的影響。本研究的核心概念——家庭支持,主要指老年人獲得的來(lái)自子女及配偶在物質(zhì)供養(yǎng)、日常照料和精神慰籍三個(gè)方面的幫助。研究顯示,農(nóng)村老年人的年齡、婚姻狀況、子女?dāng)?shù)量、自評(píng)健康和年收入等基礎(chǔ)變量都是影響老年人生活滿意度的重要因素,其中自評(píng)健康和年收入影響因素最為顯著。在家庭支持的三個(gè)方面,日常照顧對(duì)老年人生活滿意度影響最為明顯,其次為經(jīng)濟(jì)支持和精神支持。這說(shuō)明我國(guó)農(nóng)村老年人目前對(duì)生活照料的需求更為迫切,對(duì)在需要時(shí)能否得到照料存有憂慮,同時(shí)也說(shuō)明我國(guó)農(nóng)村老年人在養(yǎng)老保障制度漸趨完善的過(guò)程中,所表現(xiàn)出的經(jīng)濟(jì)上能夠自立而生活上難以自理的突出現(xiàn)象。最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,從老年人自身、家庭和社會(huì)三個(gè)方面提出提升家庭支持提高老年人生活滿意度的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In spite of the gradual weakening of the family pension function in our country with the social transformation, the rural old-age support in our country is still dominated by the family old-age support. The degree of family support and family support for the elderly will have a significant impact on their life satisfaction. Based on the data of "China Health and Old-age tracking Survey" in 2013, and based on Maslow's demand theory, social exchange theory and social comparison theory, this study used qualitative and quantitative methods to study the rural elderly in China. To explore the impact of family support on life satisfaction of the elderly. The core concept of this study, family support, mainly refers to the elderly from the children and spouses in material support, daily care and psychological comfort three aspects of help. The study shows that the basic variables such as age, marital status, number of children, self-rated health and annual income are the important factors that affect the elderly's life satisfaction, among which self-rated health and annual income are the most significant factors. In the three aspects of family support, daily care had the most obvious effect on the elderly life satisfaction, followed by financial support and spiritual support. This shows that there is a more urgent need for life care for the rural elderly in our country at present, and they are worried about whether they can be cared for when they need it. At the same time, it also shows that the rural elderly in our country are becoming more and more perfect in the process of improving the old-age security system. It shows the prominent phenomenon of being able to support oneself economically and difficult to take care of oneself in life. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly from three aspects: the elderly themselves, the family and the society.
