【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會中城市居民的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知反映了其對社會變遷多方面的感性體驗(yàn)和心理認(rèn)同。文章試圖探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)化背景下體制、信任(人際信任和制度信任)與社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往(拜年網(wǎng)和餐飲網(wǎng))三個維度特性對城市居民風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的影響。通過對2014年"社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)與職業(yè)經(jīng)歷"(JSNET2014)全國八城市調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析,結(jié)果表明:城市居民風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知存在顯著體制差異,體制內(nèi)城市居民風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知明顯低于體制外城市居民;城市居民的信任度越高,則其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知越低,無論人際信任還是制度信任均對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知有正向積極影響,起到維護(hù)居民安全感的功能;但是社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往建構(gòu)則會加劇城市居民風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知程度:拜年網(wǎng)在對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知影響上沒能發(fā)揮親情特質(zhì)的社會支持作用,相反卻與餐飲網(wǎng)一樣對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知具有負(fù)向影響。我們借鑒社會學(xué)新制度主義理論,提出了正式制度的體制庇護(hù)機(jī)制與非正式制度的信任維護(hù)機(jī)制和社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往機(jī)制來解釋三個維度的影響。
[Abstract]:The risk perception of urban residents in network society reflects their perceptual experience and psychological identity in many aspects of social change. This paper attempts to explore the influence of the characteristics of system, trust (interpersonal trust and institutional trust) and social network communication (New year net and Food & Beverage Network) on the risk perception of urban residents under the background of network. By analyzing the survey data of eight cities in 2014 (JSNET2014), the results show that there are significant institutional differences in risk perception of urban residents, and the risk perception of urban residents within the system is obviously lower than that of urban residents outside the system; The higher the trust degree of urban residents, the lower the risk perception. Both interpersonal trust and institutional trust have a positive and positive impact on risk perception, and play a role in maintaining the residents' sense of security. However, the construction of social network communication will aggravate the risk perception of urban residents: new year net can not play the role of social support on the impact of risk perception, on the contrary, it has a negative impact on risk perception just like the food and beverage network. Using the new sociological institutionalism theory for reference, we put forward the institutional sheltering mechanism of formal institution, the trust maintenance mechanism of informal institution and the interaction mechanism of social network to explain the influence of the three dimensions.
