【摘要】：隨著城市進(jìn)程的加快和生活節(jié)奏的速度加快,人們的生活水平和物質(zhì)追求也在不斷提升,人口和家庭領(lǐng)域也受到了空前的沖擊,社會(huì)人口老齡化的問(wèn)題日益加重的同時(shí),代理父母問(wèn)題也在日益加深,問(wèn)題和弊端也在隨踵而至。更多的孩子存在著隔代教育和撫養(yǎng)的問(wèn)題,祖父輩代理父母教育孫輩是最突出的表現(xiàn)之一。老人代替兒女承擔(dān)照顧孩子生活起居、衣食住行、學(xué)習(xí)教育的主要責(zé)任,包括嬰兒期的撫養(yǎng)責(zé)任。在這期間,傳統(tǒng)育兒經(jīng)驗(yàn)與現(xiàn)代育兒經(jīng)驗(yàn)發(fā)生沖突,使老人照顧孩子時(shí)需要面對(duì)很多的問(wèn)題與考驗(yàn),這些困難導(dǎo)致老人在照顧孩子期間情緒有很大的變化,對(duì)身體和身心生都有不同程度的影響,所帶來(lái)的壓力需要老人投入更多的精力去排解。本文以長(zhǎng)春市F社區(qū)為小組活動(dòng)地點(diǎn),根據(jù)訪談?wù){(diào)查,選取社區(qū)中代替子女照顧孩子的老人為小組活動(dòng)服務(wù)對(duì)象,運(yùn)用正向心理學(xué)配合著訪談的方法對(duì)老人進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的了解。通過(guò)18道幸福感測(cè)試題,了解老人在代替兒女照顧孩子期間的一些具體情況和心理狀態(tài)。選擇其中受困擾比較多的老人為具體服務(wù)對(duì)象,針對(duì)老人的問(wèn)題和需求,制定相應(yīng)的的小組工作模式。通過(guò)有針對(duì)性的小組活動(dòng),減少在照顧孫子孫女期間的不安和困惑。為老人緩解照顧孫子孫女的壓力,使老人改變現(xiàn)狀,增強(qiáng)幸福感。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the urban process and the pace of life, people's living standards and material pursuits are also constantly improving, and the population and family field has also been subjected to unprecedented impact, and the problem of the aging of the social population is becoming more and more serious at the same time. The problem of surrogate parents is also deepening day by day, problems and drawbacks are also coming. More children have the problem of intergenerational education and upbringing, and surrogate parents' education of grandchildren is one of the most outstanding performances. The elderly take the primary responsibility of taking care of their children, living, clothing, food, and education, including the upbringing of infancy. During this period, the conflict between the traditional parenting experience and the modern child-rearing experience makes the elderly face many problems and tests when they take care of their children. These difficulties lead to great changes in the emotions of the elderly during the care of their children. There are varying degrees of physical and mental effects, and stress requires more effort on the part of the elderly. This paper takes Changchun F community as the group activity place, according to the interview investigation, selects the community in the community to take care of the child the old person as the group activity service object, uses the positive psychology to cooperate with the interview method carries on the systematic understanding to the old person. In this paper, 18 happiness tests were conducted to find out the specific situation and psychological state of the elderly in the process of taking care of their children instead of their children. The elderly who are troubled more are chosen as the specific service objects, and the corresponding group work mode is established according to the problems and needs of the elderly. Reduce anxiety and confusion during the care of grandchildren through targeted group activities. Relieve the pressure of taking care of grandchildren for the elderly, so that the elderly change the status quo and enhance happiness.
