社會工作對自閉癥家庭的干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:研究表明自閉癥兒童的康復(fù)過程與其所在家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性、成員的敏感性及成員的心理承受能力有著直接的關(guān)聯(lián),來自于家庭的正面支持對于自閉癥兒童的康復(fù)有著極其重要的促進和幫助作用。家庭作為個人與社會的紐帶,其基本功能在于滿足個人的心理、生理及社會等各方面的需求,表現(xiàn)在維持家庭的完整性與良好的紐帶作用,完成好社會賦予家庭的角色定位。但是,家庭對于正面支持方式的習(xí)得并非一個簡單的過程,專業(yè)的技巧和工具在引導(dǎo)自閉癥家庭正向支持功能的開發(fā)中占據(jù)重要地位。在自閉癥兒童的家庭干預(yù)中,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論和社會支持理論兩大理論模式是本研究的重要理論依托,將家庭這個部分置于一個大的系統(tǒng)整體中,探索家庭與其他外界個體及組織的互動關(guān)系與影響,同時也聚焦于家庭內(nèi)部穩(wěn)定和結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,以此來探究自閉癥兒童家庭如何在社會工作的專業(yè)干預(yù)中,主動運用社會資源,包括正式的和非正式的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源來幫助自己及自閉癥兒童來解決問題,滿足需要,提升自閉癥兒童及其家庭的能力。 家庭是影響個人的一個重要因素,對于缺乏與外界互動能力的自閉癥兒童群體更是如此。健康的家庭環(huán)境能夠有效的改善自閉癥兒童的互動、溝通能力,并有效的提升其與外界建立關(guān)系的意識與能力。在社會工作實務(wù)中,要自閉癥兒童群體或其家庭依靠其自身能力去爭取正式的社會支持、組織非正式的社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)是很困難的,由其自主去意識家庭中存在的問題以及尋找解決問題的途徑也是幾乎很難實現(xiàn)的。因此,社會工作者在這個領(lǐng)域依據(jù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論、社會支持理論,從自閉癥兒童主體及其重要環(huán)境入手,尤其是家庭支持這一部分上,幫助自閉癥家庭評估、分析家庭中存在的不利于自閉癥兒童康復(fù)的因素與特征,引導(dǎo)自閉癥家庭正確的解決問題,完善家庭功能,走出自閉,給予自閉癥兒童一個健康的家庭康復(fù)環(huán)境。 本研究著重于探討自閉癥家庭的家庭支持機制,以及如何通過社會工作專業(yè)方法幫助自閉癥兒童家庭建立良好的家庭支持機制。以經(jīng)典理論模式為依托,通過對已有的自閉癥兒童及其家庭的傳統(tǒng)機制的分析、研究入手,跨學(xué)科、多角度的分析現(xiàn)存的自閉癥家庭的干預(yù)機制,以期能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)一種或多種有效的兒童自閉癥家庭的社會工作專業(yè)干預(yù)機制,并對現(xiàn)有的不完善的模式、政策提出改進建議。
[Abstract]:Studies have shown that the rehabilitation process of autistic children is directly related to the stability of their family structure, the sensitivity of their members and their psychological tolerance. Positive support from families plays an important role in the rehabilitation of autistic children. As a link between individual and society, the basic function of family is to meet the needs of individual psychology, physiology and society, which is manifested in maintaining the integrity and good bond function of the family and completing the role orientation given to the family by society. However, the acquisition of positive support by families is not a simple process. Professional skills and tools play an important role in guiding the development of positive support functions in families with autism. In the family intervention of autistic children, the two theoretical models of ecosystem theory and social support theory are the important theoretical basis of this study, putting this part of the family in a large system as a whole. Explore the interaction and influence between family and other outside individuals and organizations, and also focus on the stability and structure of the family, so as to explore how families of autistic children actively use social resources in the professional intervention of social work. These include formal and informal social network resources to help them and autistic children solve problems, meet needs, and empower autistic children and their families. Families are an important factor for individuals, especially for autistic children who lack the ability to interact with the outside world. A healthy family environment can effectively improve the interaction and communication skills of autistic children, and effectively enhance their awareness and ability to establish relationships with the outside world. In social work practice, it is difficult to organize informal social support networks for autistic children or their families to rely on their own ability to obtain formal social support. It is almost impossible to be aware of the problems in the family and to find ways to solve them. Therefore, social workers in this field, based on ecosystem theory, social support theory, start with the subject of autistic children and their important environment, especially the part of family support, to help the assessment of autistic families. This paper analyzes the factors and characteristics that are not conducive to the rehabilitation of autistic children in the family, and guides the autistic family to solve the problems correctly, perfect the family function, step out of the autistic, and give the autistic children a healthy family rehabilitation environment. This study focuses on the family support mechanism of autistic families and how to help families with autistic children establish a good family support mechanism through social work professional methods. Based on the classical theoretical model, through the analysis of the existing traditional mechanism of autistic children and their families, the research begins with interdisciplinary and multi-angle analysis of the existing intervention mechanism of autistic families. In order to find one or more effective social work professional intervention mechanism of autistic children families, and to improve the existing imperfect model, policy suggestions.
