肥胖青少年自卑心理的社會(huì)工作介入研究

【摘要】:肥胖對(duì)于青少年來講,他的危害不僅僅是是個(gè)體體態(tài)臃腫,行動(dòng)不便,更重要的是他在危害青少年身體健康的同時(shí),還潛移默化的影響青少年心理的發(fā)育,危害其心理健康,而且可能對(duì)今后的生活造成困擾和危害,并且為許多疾病埋下隱患。而自卑感幾乎是每一個(gè)肥胖者都會(huì)存在的情感體驗(yàn)。因?yàn)榉逝智嗌倌晟眢w肥胖,在別人看來自己是與“與眾不同”的,往往會(huì)在與同齡人交往時(shí)常常感到自卑。肥胖引發(fā)自卑問題對(duì)青少年的危害已引起各界學(xué)者的關(guān)注,紛紛從心理學(xué)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)等角度出發(fā)做出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。但是針對(duì)由于肥胖引發(fā)的自卑問題,從生理角度、營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)、以及心理學(xué)角度介入是單一的,不全面的,因?yàn)榘钢鞔嬖诘膯栴}不僅僅是單方面的,不僅要解決服務(wù)對(duì)象的生理問題,使其指標(biāo)恢復(fù)正常水平,還要關(guān)注服務(wù)對(duì)象的心理變化,引導(dǎo)其恢復(fù)自信,這就需要從社會(huì)工作的角度介入,社會(huì)工作作為以“助人自助”為基本原則的專業(yè),通過運(yùn)用專業(yè)方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)案主自身存在的問題和優(yōu)勢(shì),充分挖掘案主潛能,為其鏈接社會(huì)資源,幫助服務(wù)對(duì)象提升自我能力達(dá)到為服務(wù)對(duì)象解決問題的目的。因此,筆者通過從社會(huì)工作的角度介入,全面的解決案主的問題,使其不僅從生理上解決案主困擾使其養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣,而且從心理上解決案主存在的自卑問題,使其‘笑’對(duì)人生。本文選取了若干青少年作為研究對(duì)象,首先通過在社區(qū)日常接觸到的肥胖青少年和走訪,了解到體型帶給他們的困惑以及不良影響,通過小組活動(dòng),憑借專業(yè)的社會(huì)工作理論和專業(yè)技巧,介入因肥胖而自卑的青少年,從身心兩方面入手,恢復(fù)其正常體重的同時(shí),化解他們的自卑心理,針對(duì)個(gè)別特殊情況的服務(wù)對(duì)象,展開個(gè)案服務(wù),根據(jù)案主的特點(diǎn)采取合適的介入模式介入。最后提出了社會(huì)工作介入肥胖青少年自卑心理的結(jié)論與反思。
[Abstract]:Obesity is not only harmful to teenagers, it is not only the individual body is bloated and the movement is not convenient. What is more important is that while he is endangering the teenagers' physical health, they also have a subtle influence on the psychological development of the teenagers and endanger their mental health. And may cause trouble and harm to future life, and lay hidden dangers for many diseases. The inferiority complex is an emotional experience that almost every obese person has. Because obese teenagers are physically obese, others see themselves as "different" and tend to feel inferior to their peers. The harm to teenagers caused by obesity has attracted the attention of scholars from all walks of life, and the corresponding countermeasures have been made from the angles of psychology, nutrition, medicine and so on. But in response to the inferiority problem caused by obesity, intervention from a physiological perspective, nutrition, and psychology is single and incomplete, because the problem of the victim is not just unilateral. We should not only solve the physiological problems of the service objects, but also pay attention to the psychological changes of the service objects and guide them to recover their self-confidence. This requires the intervention from the angle of social work. Social work, as a major based on the principle of "helping others to help themselves", through the use of professional methods, finds out the problems and advantages of the victims themselves, fully excavates the potential of the victims, and links them to social resources. Help the service object to improve self-ability to solve the problem for the service object. Therefore, through the intervention from the angle of social work, the author can solve the problem of the owner in an all-round way, so that he can not only physically solve the problem of the owner so that he can form a good habit, but also solve the inferiority problem of the owner from the psychological point of view. Make it laugh at life. This paper selected a number of adolescents as the research object, first of all, through daily contact in the community of obese adolescents and interviews, to understand the size of their confusion and adverse effects, through group activities, By virtue of professional social work theory and professional skills, we will intervene in adolescents who are inferiority complex because of obesity, start from both physical and mental aspects, restore their normal weight, at the same time, resolve their inferiority complex, and cater to the service objects of individual special circumstances. Start case service and take appropriate intervention mode according to the characteristics of the victim. Finally, the conclusion and reflection on the intervention of social work in obesity adolescents' inferiority complex are put forward.
