【摘要】：正從1991年我國發(fā)布第一本白皮書開始,由政府部門發(fā)布的白皮書系列已經(jīng)涉及人權(quán)、改革發(fā)展、社會(huì)保障、國防,以及近些年不斷加重關(guān)注的食品安全、藥品監(jiān)管等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。相比較而言,我國近些年來,由非政府和準(zhǔn)政府組織所發(fā)布的各種皮書,能引起廣泛關(guān)注并形成規(guī)模和影響力,主要源于社會(huì)科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)出版社出版的系列藍(lán)皮書、綠皮書、黃皮書等,這些皮書屬獨(dú)立研究
[Abstract]:Starting from the first white paper issued by China in 1991, the white paper series issued by the government has been involved in human rights, reform and development, social security, national defense, and food safety and drug regulation, which have been paid more and more attention in recent years. In recent years, China has been issued by non-governmental and quasi government organizations. The testa book, which can cause extensive attention and form the scale and influence, is mainly derived from the series of blue books published by the social sciences literature press, the green book, the yellow book, and so on. These books are independently studied.
