【摘要】：馬克思對(duì)資本主義工業(yè)城市問(wèn)題的研究,在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和哲學(xué)方面的巨大貢獻(xiàn),都蘊(yùn)含著他大量的城市空間思想。資本主義工業(yè)城市一直以來(lái)都是馬克思關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),他關(guān)切其中人的生存與實(shí)踐,揭露資本不擇手段的逐利性,將“城市空間”納入到歷史唯物主義的整體視野中。在馬克思這里,“空間”具有了社會(huì)歷史性。本文將對(duì)“空間”在思想史上的發(fā)展與城市的起源的研究作為起點(diǎn),再了解當(dāng)下馬克思城市空間思想的研究概況,在學(xué)界已經(jīng)有對(duì)馬克思空間生產(chǎn)理論進(jìn)行現(xiàn)實(shí)語(yǔ)境和理論語(yǔ)境解讀的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步深入,在現(xiàn)實(shí)層面、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和哲學(xué)層面,嘗試展開(kāi)了對(duì)馬克思城市空間思想的三重語(yǔ)境的解讀。文章以文獻(xiàn)研究法、綜合分析法為基本方法,以辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義為基本觀點(diǎn),考察馬克思城市空間思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。本文內(nèi)容主要分為四大部分。第一部分主要說(shuō)明了空間與城市空間,由空間概念入手,將其置于城市的維度中,考察馬克思城市空間思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。空間作為一個(gè)任何學(xué)科研究都離不開(kāi)的基本的理論范疇,也擁有了越來(lái)越豐富的內(nèi)容,在工業(yè)資本主義條件下,馬克思不同程度地把空間置于到社會(huì)歷史領(lǐng)域,對(duì)資本主義城市發(fā)展過(guò)程中城市空間資本化進(jìn)行研究,認(rèn)為城市屬于人類(lèi)社會(huì)空間基本形態(tài)中的一種,它是人類(lèi)通過(guò)對(duì)象化活動(dòng)所創(chuàng)造的。第二部分嘗試對(duì)馬克思城市空間思想進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)實(shí)語(yǔ)境的解讀。現(xiàn)實(shí)語(yǔ)境下,馬克思關(guān)注的核心是人的生存與實(shí)踐,城市空間就是現(xiàn)實(shí)的物理空間,既為人的生存提供基本居所,又為人的存在提供勞動(dòng)場(chǎng)所。城市空間不僅是居民基本的生存空間,還是人實(shí)現(xiàn)其根本存在方式的場(chǎng)所。文章的第三部分主要是在城市空間的背景下,揭示了資本的本質(zhì)和自我增殖,探討了資本運(yùn)動(dòng)的形態(tài)——地租和剩余價(jià)值,以及城市空間與資本之間的關(guān)系。第四部分關(guān)注馬克思在哲學(xué)層面的巨大貢獻(xiàn),著重分析馬克思城市空間思想產(chǎn)生的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ),以及在哲學(xué)語(yǔ)境下,馬克思城市思想中關(guān)于意識(shí)形態(tài)和社會(huì)關(guān)系的內(nèi)容。本文以馬克思經(jīng)典文本為基本,對(duì)馬克思城市空間思想在詮釋學(xué)意義上進(jìn)行多語(yǔ)境解讀,反思馬克思城市思想的意義和價(jià)值。研究馬克思的城市思想,在理論方面不僅體現(xiàn)了馬克思主義與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的理論品質(zhì)的必然要求,還有利于澄清馬克思主義理論在空間研究方面存在空白的誤讀與曲解;在實(shí)踐方面則有利于推動(dòng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的城市發(fā)展,也能夠?qū)φ_處理全球化時(shí)代背景下資本主義與社會(huì)主義的關(guān)系做出指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Marx's research on capitalist industrial city, his great contribution in economics and philosophy, contains a lot of his urban space thoughts. The capitalist industrial city has always been the focus of Marx's attention. He is concerned about the existence and practice of human beings, exposing the "urban space" in the holistic view of historical materialism. In Marx, "space" has a social history. In this paper, the development of space in the history of thought and the origin of the city as a starting point to understand the current Marx's urban space thought research overview, On the basis of the theoretical and realistic context interpretation of Marx's theory of space production in academic circles, it is further deepened at the level of reality, economics and philosophy. It tries to unfold the interpretation of the triple context of Marx's urban space thought. Based on literature research, comprehensive analysis, dialectical materialism and historical materialism, this paper investigates the scientific connotation of Marx's urban space thought. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly explains the space and the urban space, starts with the concept of space, puts it in the dimension of the city, and investigates the scientific connotation of Marx's urban space thought. Space, as a basic theoretical category without which any discipline can not be studied, also has more and more abundant contents. Under the condition of industrial capitalism, Marx placed space in the field of social history to varying degrees. This paper studies the capitalization of urban space in the course of the development of capitalist cities, and holds that the city belongs to one of the basic forms of human social space, and it is created by human beings through objectification activities. The second part tries to interpret Marx's urban space thought in realistic context. In the realistic context, the core of Marx's concern is the existence and practice of human beings. Urban space is the physical space of reality, which not only provides the basic residence for the survival of human beings, but also provides the working place for the existence of human beings. Urban space is not only the basic living space of residents, but also the place where people realize their fundamental existence. The third part of the paper mainly reveals the essence and self-proliferation of capital under the background of urban space, and discusses the form of capital movement-land rent and surplus value, as well as the relationship between urban space and capital. The fourth part focuses on Marx's great contribution to philosophy, focusing on the philosophical basis of Marx's urban space thought, and the content of ideology and social relations in Marx's urban thought in the philosophical context. Based on the classical texts of Marx, this paper interprets Marx's urban space thoughts in the sense of hermeneutics and reflects on the significance and value of Marx's urban thoughts. The study of Marx's urban thought not only reflects the inevitable requirement of the theoretical quality of Marxism advancing with the times in theory, but also helps to clarify the blank misreading and misinterpretation of Marxist theory in space research. In practice, it is helpful to promote the urban development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and can also guide the correct handling of the relationship between capitalism and socialism under the background of globalization.
