【摘要】：在京味話劇的舞臺(tái)上,20世紀(jì)90年代以后,胡同市民或是固步自封地堅(jiān)守胡同-四合院的城市空間及其所承載的老北京文化,或是轉(zhuǎn)而謀求經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,卻由于長(zhǎng)期浸染于安逸的胡同文化,其商業(yè)意識(shí)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、文化資本等不足以適應(yīng)以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)為主導(dǎo)的城市生活。在城市的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程之下,胡同市民的文化心理仍處于重構(gòu)之中。他們的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型亦滯后于城市的空間改造。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,胡同-四合院的居住空間既是一種生產(chǎn)對(duì)象,也是一件可供交易的商品,而以房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)商為主導(dǎo)的城市改造實(shí)為一種以盈利為目的的空間生產(chǎn)。面對(duì)北京舊城的更新改造,胡同市民由于經(jīng)濟(jì)能力的限制,只能被迫遷往城市的郊區(qū),新的有錢(qián)階層則取而代之地入駐城市的中心。可見(jiàn)城市的空間改造也是一種階層分布和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的重組。這其中的變化和落差將直接導(dǎo)致胡同市民的身份危機(jī)和城市認(rèn)同感的缺失。
[Abstract]:On the stage of the Jingwei drama, after the 1990s, the residents of hutongs either stuck firmly to the urban space of hutong, the courtyard and the old Beijing culture they carried, or turned to seek economic benefits. However, because of its long and comfortable hutong culture, its commercial consciousness, competitive ability and cultural capital are not enough to adapt to the market economy as the leading city life. In the process of urban modernization, the cultural psychology of Hutong people is still in the process of reconstruction. Their modern transformation also lags behind the urban space transformation. In the era of market economy, the living space of hutong-courtyard is not only a kind of production object, but also a commodity that can be traded. In the face of the renovation of Beijing's old city, the residents of hutongs have been forced to move to the suburbs of the city because of economic constraints, and the new rich class has taken their place in the center of the city. It can be seen that the spatial transformation of the city is also a class distribution and the reorganization of social structure. The changes and differences will directly lead to the hutong identity crisis and the lack of urban identity.
