【摘要】：[目的/意義]社會(huì)化媒體時(shí)代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為大眾參與社會(huì)事務(wù)的重要渠道,這導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情高發(fā)。為了防止虛假言論的傳播,以及加強(qiáng)和民眾溝通,各級(jí)政府機(jī)關(guān)應(yīng)積極回應(yīng),化解輿情危機(jī)。[方法/過(guò)程]研究以危機(jī)情景溝通理論為基礎(chǔ),選擇患癌教師被開(kāi)除事件為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)組織的回應(yīng)時(shí)機(jī)和溝通策略等進(jìn)行研究,分析博文學(xué)院回應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情失敗的原因。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]組織在網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情回應(yīng)時(shí),需要分析輿情危機(jī)的類(lèi)型,選擇與情景適配的回應(yīng)策略,同時(shí)注意回應(yīng)策略與回應(yīng)時(shí)機(jī)的關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:In the era of social media, the Internet has become an important channel for the masses to participate in social affairs. In order to prevent the spread of false speech and strengthen communication with the public, government agencies at all levels should respond positively and defuse the crisis of public opinion. [methods] the study was based on the theory of crisis scenario communication, selected cancer teachers' dismissal as the research object, and studied the organization's response time and communication strategy by content analysis method. Analysis of the failure of public opinion in response to the reasons for the failure of Bo Wen College. [results / conclusion] when responding to network public opinion, organizations need to analyze the type of public opinion crisis, choose the appropriate response strategy to the situation, and pay attention to the relationship between the response strategy and the response time at the same time.
