個案工作服務弱視兒童康復依從性研究

【摘要】:據(jù)統(tǒng)計,我國弱視發(fā)病率為2%至4%,截至2016年我國至少有弱視兒童八百萬。弱視發(fā)病率高、危害大,嚴重影響兒童身心發(fā)展。如不及時發(fā)現(xiàn),錯過了最佳治療時期,則可能造成永久性視力低下甚至失明。本研究以在康復機構實習為契機,分析弱視兒童康復依從性現(xiàn)狀,了解弱視兒童康復過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,進而針對弱視兒童康復問題制定服務計劃,開展個案社會工作服務,以探究社會工作在弱視兒童康復過程中發(fā)揮的作用,旨在得出實務經(jīng)驗拓寬醫(yī)務社會工作的發(fā)展領域。本文運用問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等探究弱視治療依從性的現(xiàn)狀及影響依從性的關鍵因素,運用個案社會工作方法,通過對弱視兒童的康復依從性狀況進行預估,選定兩位弱視兒童作為服務對象,分別采用心理社會治療模式與認知行為治療模式開展個案服務,旨在通過專業(yè)社會工作介入改善弱視兒童周邊環(huán)境,轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)跻晝和J知、情緒和行為,進而提升弱視兒童的康復依從性,保證弱視兒童康復訓練的療效,促進弱視兒童的身心健康發(fā)展。通過本文研究表明,弱視兒童康復依從性的問題單純靠醫(yī)務人員很難解決。專業(yè)社會工作在解決弱視兒童康復依從性問題中發(fā)揮了積極作用。要解決弱視兒童康復依從問題僅依靠學術研究還是遠遠不夠,該問題的解決不僅需要弱視兒童的積極配合,還需要家庭、學校、政府以及非營利組織的大力倡導和支持,協(xié)同為弱視兒童康復創(chuàng)建一個多層次全方位的服務體系。
[Abstract]:According to statistics, the incidence of amblyopia in China is 2% to 4%, by 2016, there are at least 8 million children with amblyopia. Amblyopia incidence is high, harm is great, seriously affect children's physical and mental development. Failure to find out in time and miss the best treatment period can lead to permanent loss of vision and even blindness. Based on the practice in rehabilitation institutions, this study analyzed the status of rehabilitation compliance of children with amblyopia, understood the problems in the rehabilitation of children with amblyopia, and then made a service plan for rehabilitation of children with amblyopia, and carried out individual social work services. In order to explore the role of social work in the rehabilitation of children with amblyopia, the purpose is to obtain practical experience and broaden the development field of medical social work. The present situation of amblyopia treatment compliance and the key factors affecting compliance were investigated by means of questionnaire and interview. The rehabilitation compliance of children with amblyopia was estimated by using the method of individual social work. Two children with amblyopia were selected as service objects. The two models of psycho-social treatment and cognitive behavioral therapy were used to carry out case service respectively. The purpose of this study was to improve the surrounding environment of children with amblyopia by professional social work intervention and to change their cognition. Emotion and behavior can promote the rehabilitation compliance of children with amblyopia, ensure the curative effect of rehabilitation training for children with amblyopia, and promote the development of mental and physical health of children with amblyopia. The study shows that the problem of rehabilitation compliance of amblyopic children is difficult to solve by medical personnel alone. Professional social work has played an active role in solving the problem of rehabilitation compliance of children with amblyopia. In order to solve the problem of rehabilitation compliance of children with amblyopia, it is far from enough to rely on academic research alone. The solution of this problem requires not only the active cooperation of children with amblyopia, but also the strong advocacy and support of families, schools, governments and non-profit organizations. Cooperate to create a multi-level and all-round service system for the rehabilitation of children with amblyopia.
