【摘要】：歷經(jīng)數(shù)十年的發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目社會(huì)評(píng)估的理論研究和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)都有了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,形成了眾多的理論框架和研究方法。在個(gè)體主義取向、社會(huì)取向和環(huán)境-生態(tài)取向三個(gè)維度上,不同的評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)開發(fā)了各有側(cè)重的社會(huì)評(píng)估框架,其發(fā)展趨于多元,且框架之間多有借鑒和融合。從評(píng)估方法上看,多學(xué)科研究方法和參與式研究方法將成為趨勢(shì)。在我國(guó),社會(huì)評(píng)估在評(píng)估中的應(yīng)用尚有很多不足之處,仍有較大的提升空間。在中國(guó)社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、城市化與現(xiàn)代化高速推進(jìn)的大背景下,社會(huì)評(píng)估可能在鄰避設(shè)施建設(shè)、資源型社區(qū)、城市建設(shè)和旅游開發(fā)等四大領(lǐng)域中具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:After decades of development, the theoretical research and practical activities of the project social evaluation have made great progress, and many theoretical frameworks and research methods have been formed. On the three dimensions of individualism, social orientation and environmental orientation, different evaluation institutions have developed various social evaluation frameworks with more emphasis, and their development tends to be more than one. From the evaluation method, the multidisciplinary research method and the participatory research method will become the trend. In our country, there are still many shortcomings in the application of the social evaluation in the assessment, and there is still a lot of room for promotion. In China, the transformation of social and economic structure, the big back of urbanization and modernization drive in China Under the circumstances, social assessment may have a good application prospect in four major areas, such as the construction of proximity shelter, resource based communities, urban construction and tourism development.
