基于居住區(qū)比較的西寧城市居民日常活動空間研究

【摘要】:采用2013年西寧市城市居民周日和周一連續(xù)兩天的活動日志調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),利用趨勢面和路徑緩沖區(qū)方法表征和測度西寧市城區(qū)單位、郊區(qū)單位、城區(qū)商品房、郊區(qū)商品房、城區(qū)混合5類居住區(qū)居民的活動空間,并進(jìn)行比較研究,在行為層面上對西寧城市居民日;顒涌臻g特征及成因進(jìn)行解讀,利用多元線性回歸模型分析活動空間的影響因素。結(jié)果表明:(1)單位居住區(qū)居民形成了職住接近主導(dǎo)的近家工作活動空間,商品房和混合居住區(qū)居民形成了較為擴(kuò)展的工作活動空間;(2)各類型居住區(qū)居民工作日非工作活動近家集聚;(3)休息日單位居住區(qū)居民活動空間較工作日擴(kuò)展,郊區(qū)商品房居住區(qū)居民活動空間較工作日收縮,城區(qū)商品房與混合居住區(qū)與工作日幾無差異;(4)郊區(qū)居民活動空間范圍顯著大于城區(qū)居民,居住區(qū)距離市中心的距離對西寧城市居民日;顒涌臻g范圍具有正向影響;(5)住房屬性是影響居民日;顒涌臻g的重要變量,工作日商品房居住區(qū)居民活動空間顯著大于單位居住區(qū)居民,而休息日各類型居住區(qū)居民活動空間范圍的差異縮小。
[Abstract]:Using the activity log survey data of Xining city residents on Sunday and Monday in 2013, using trend surface and path buffer method to characterize and measure Xining urban units, suburban units, urban commercial housing and suburban commercial housing. The activity space of urban mixed five kinds of residential area was studied and compared. The characteristics and causes of daily activity space of Xining urban residents were analyzed on the behavioral level, and the influencing factors of activity space were analyzed by multivariate linear regression model. The results show that the residents of the unit residential area have formed the working space near the home, which is close to the dominant one. The residents of commercial housing and mixed residential areas have formed a relatively expanded working activity space. (2) Non-working activities of residents in various types of residential areas are in close proximity to their homes on weekdays, and 3) the activity space of residents in residential areas in the rest day is expanded compared with that in working days. The activity space of the residents in the residential areas of suburban commercial houses is smaller than that in the working days, but there is no difference between the commercial houses and the mixed residential areas in the urban areas. The distance from the residential area to the city center has a positive impact on the space range of daily activities of Xining city residents. (5) the housing property is an important variable that affects the daily activity space of the residents. The living space of commercial housing residents in working days is significantly larger than that of the residents of unit residential areas, while the difference in the scope of activity space of residents of different types of residential areas on rest days is reduced.
