【摘要】：當代社會發(fā)展的新變化和新動向使市民社會理論成為學術(shù)界研究的熱點。馬克思始終站在歷史和社會現(xiàn)實的基礎上,以實踐批判的視角,從人類解放的高度對市民社會進行了精辟的分析。他的市民社會理論更是引起了研究者的關注。 馬克思市民社會理論的歷史演變與其歷史唯物主義有一個共生過程。他通過從政治哲學到政治經(jīng)濟學視角轉(zhuǎn)換,把市民社會描述為：市民社會是物質(zhì)生活關系的總和,它構(gòu)成國家和歷史的基礎,它以經(jīng)濟生活為主要內(nèi)容并獨立于國家的社會生活領域；市民社會的主體不僅包括個人,還包括各種社會組織、社會等級、社會階層等；通過對資本主義社會的分析,他看到了市民社會的局限和矛盾,并指出通過無產(chǎn)階級革命的途徑,市民社會最終將從國家手中收回屬于自己的全部權(quán)力,從而實現(xiàn)對自身的超越和揚棄,走向共產(chǎn)主義。 本文通過系統(tǒng)闡述馬克思市民社會思想的演進過程,揭示了馬克思市民社會思想的對當代中國社會發(fā)展的意義。文章共分三個主要框架。第一部分：從國家與市民社會的關系入手,探尋馬克思市民社會思想的理論淵源；第二部分：以馬克思不同時期的著作為邏輯線索,論述馬克思市民社會思想的孕育、形成、發(fā)展以及成熟階段,揭示其演進軌跡；第三部分：簡述馬克思市民社會思想的現(xiàn)實社會意義。 馬克思以唯物主義的基本立場剖析市民社會的結(jié)構(gòu)和本質(zhì)矛盾,把市民社會的物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)實踐作為全部歷史之基礎,使哲學思辨終止于現(xiàn)實生活面前,實現(xiàn)了作為“歷史科學”的唯物史觀之創(chuàng)建。
[Abstract]:The new changes and new trends of contemporary social development make the theory of civil society a hot spot in academic circles. Marx always stood on the basis of history and social reality, from the perspective of practical criticism, from the height of human liberation, the civil society has been incisively analyzed. His theory of civil society has attracted the attention of researchers. The historical evolution of Marx's civil society theory and its historical materialism have a symbiotic process. From the perspective of political philosophy to political economy, he described the civil society as the sum total of the relationship between material life and life, which formed the foundation of the country and history. It takes economic life as its main content and is independent of the social life of the country; the main body of civil society includes not only individuals, but also various social organizations, social hierarchies, social strata, etc. Through the analysis of capitalist society, He saw the limitations and contradictions of the civil society, and pointed out that through the proletarian revolution, the civil society would eventually recover all its own power from the hands of the state, thus realizing the transcendence and sublation of itself and moving towards communism. This paper systematically expounds the evolution process of Marx's civil society thought, and reveals the significance of Marx's civil society thought to the development of contemporary Chinese society. The article is divided into three main frameworks. The first part: starting from the relationship between the state and the civil society, the author explores the theoretical origin of Marx's civil society thought, and the second part discusses the gestation and formation of Marx's civil society thought, taking Marx's works of different periods as logical clues. The third part: the realistic social significance of Marx's civil society thought. Marx analyzed the structure and essential contradiction of civil society from the basic standpoint of materialism, took the material production practice of civil society as the basis of the whole history, and made philosophical speculation stop in front of the real life. Realized the creation of historical materialism as "historical science".
