【摘要】：流動兒童隨同家人在城市居住后,在與新的環(huán)境和新的生活方式磨合過程當(dāng)中,由于無法適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境和新的生活方式,又加之學(xué)校、家庭等多種外部因素中的不利影響,他們很容易出現(xiàn)情緒障礙、焦慮和攻擊行為,概稱為“偏差行為”,這些問題很大程度的影響著流動兒童身心健康發(fā)展及其個人的社會化。本研究基于長春市某社區(qū)開展的“四點(diǎn)半課堂”項(xiàng)目,對該社區(qū)學(xué)齡階段的流動兒童及其父母進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和訪談,根據(jù)調(diào)查的結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)該社區(qū)的流動兒童普遍存在部分偏差行為問題,主要表現(xiàn)為:不文明語言、說謊、對抗等。根據(jù)調(diào)查的結(jié)果,本研究又分別從家庭、社區(qū)、學(xué)校、同輩群體及其個人這幾個方面來分析影響流動兒童偏差行為的原因及其偏差行為的具體表現(xiàn)。得知該社區(qū)的流動兒童對偏差行為認(rèn)知和怎樣處理好偏差行為存在著一定的盲區(qū)。同時對該社區(qū)的流動兒童進(jìn)行需求評估,通過問卷調(diào)查以及訪談的方式了解到該社區(qū)流動兒童普遍缺乏素質(zhì)教育。根據(jù)評估的結(jié)果制定介入計(jì)劃,確定針對該社區(qū)流動兒童存在的偏差行為展開介入。本研究在流動兒童偏差行為糾正過程中,充分探索偏差行為的根源及表現(xiàn),使用認(rèn)知心理療法、理性情緒療法、優(yōu)勢視角理論、小組工作方法等,對如何預(yù)防和矯正提出了相應(yīng)的對策,開展一系列的小組活動該社區(qū)流動兒童的偏差行為得到了良好的改善。
[Abstract]:After living in cities with their families, migrant children, in the process of adapting to the new environment and new way of life, are unable to adapt to the new environment and new way of life, in addition to the adverse effects of a variety of external factors, such as schools and families, etc. They are prone to emotional disorders, anxiety and aggression, generally known as "deviant behavior", these problems greatly affect the physical and mental development of migrant children and their personal socialization. Based on the "04:30 classroom" project in a community in Changchun, this study conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with migrant children and their parents in this community. According to the results of the investigation, the floating children in this community generally have some deviant behavior problems, such as uncivilized language, lying, confrontation and so on. According to the results of the investigation, this study analyzes the causes of deviant behavior of floating children and their specific behavior from family, community, school, peer groups and individuals. It was found that there were some blind spots in migrant children's cognition of deviant behavior and how to deal with it well. At the same time, the needs of migrant children in this community were assessed, and the general lack of quality education for migrant children in this community was found through questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the evaluation, the intervention plan was established to identify deviant behaviors of migrant children in the community. In the process of correcting deviant behavior of floating children, the causes and manifestations of deviant behavior are fully explored, cognitive psychotherapy, rational emotional therapy, dominant perspective theory, group work methods, etc. Some countermeasures for prevention and correction were put forward, and a series of group activities were carried out to improve the deviant behavior of migrant children in the community.
