【摘要】：紳士化是一種特殊的城市社會空間現(xiàn)象,它于1960s首次由英國社會學(xué)者Glass提出,意指那些所謂的"gentry",即鄉(xiāng)紳們對破敗地區(qū)的人員置換及對該地區(qū)的修繕,從而達到一個由高收入階層對低收入階層進行置換的過程。經(jīng)過半個多世紀的發(fā)展,紳士化這一現(xiàn)象在類型、特征以及形成機制上都發(fā)生了很大的變化,越來越多的學(xué)者對這種社會空間現(xiàn)象的研究產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。因此,西方學(xué)者對紳士化的研究比較成熟,并且已形成了一套較為成熟的理論體系。然而,我國的紳士化現(xiàn)象在改革開放后才開始顯現(xiàn),國內(nèi)學(xué)者真正研究中國紳士化是在1990s及其以后。相較于西方發(fā)達國家,我國的紳士化研究還有很大的差距,還需要更為全面的研究去探析紳士化在我國的發(fā)展及其形成機制問題。 在對國外紳士化及我國東部發(fā)達地區(qū)城市紳士化研究梳理和總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文研究了中國西部城市的紳士化現(xiàn)象。首先,對西方發(fā)達國家和中國的紳士化研究進行了回顧,梳理了紳士化的發(fā)展進程及紳士化概念的演化,并且對中國和西方的紳士化現(xiàn)象及形成機制進行了比較。其次,以成都和貴陽兩個中國西部城市為例,對西部地區(qū)城市的紳士化現(xiàn)象進行了實證分析與研究,得出這兩個城市紳士化現(xiàn)象的形成機制。最后,結(jié)合以上得出的理論總結(jié)和實證研究結(jié)果,探析我國西部城市紳士化現(xiàn)象及其形成機制。 作者在理論上系統(tǒng)地整理了西方國家及我國紳士化現(xiàn)象的發(fā)展及研究歷程；在實證上,本研究通過對我國西部城市的紳士化現(xiàn)象研究,一方面對我國西部城市的紳士化發(fā)展及形成機制進行了剖析及解答；另一方面,通過這樣的分析,為我國西部地區(qū)城市規(guī)劃的發(fā)展及城市政策的制定提出一定的見解及建議。
[Abstract]:Gentrification is a special phenomenon of urban social space. It was first proposed by the British sociologist Glass in 1960's, referring to the so-called "gentry", that is, the replacement and repair of the area by the squire. In order to achieve a high-income class to the low-income class replacement process. After more than half a century of development, the phenomenon of gentrification has undergone great changes in type, characteristics and formation mechanism, and more scholars have had a strong interest in the study of this kind of social spatial phenomenon. Therefore, the study of gentrification by western scholars is more mature, and has formed a more mature theoretical system. However, the gentrification in our country only began to appear after the reform and opening up. Domestic scholars really studied the gentrification of China in 1990 s and after. Compared with the western developed countries, there is still a big gap in the study of gentrification in our country, and a more comprehensive study is needed to explore the development and formation mechanism of gentrification in our country. On the basis of combing and summing up the research on gentrification of foreign countries and developed cities in eastern China, this paper studies the phenomenon of gentrification in western cities of China. Firstly, this paper reviews the research on gentrification in western developed countries and China, combs the development process of gentrification and the evolution of the concept of gentrification, and compares the phenomenon and formation mechanism of gentrification between China and the West. Secondly, taking Chengdu and Guiyang as examples, this paper makes an empirical analysis and research on the gentrification of the western cities, and concludes the formation mechanism of the gentrification in these two cities. Finally, based on the above theoretical summary and empirical research results, this paper probes into the phenomenon and formation mechanism of gentrification in western cities of China. In theory, the author systematically arranges the development and research process of gentrification in western countries and China, and empirically studies the gentrification of western cities in China. On the one hand, the paper analyzes and answers the gentrification development and formation mechanism of western cities in China; on the other hand, through such analysis, it puts forward some opinions and suggestions for the development of urban planning and the formulation of urban policies in western China.
