【摘要】：疾病作為影響家庭生活方式的重要因素,在家庭生活中不可避免。家庭中的重病患者需要照顧,家屬因照顧家庭中重病患者而付出長(zhǎng)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)、生理和心理等方面的代價(jià),進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生了失落、失望、社交孤立和抑郁等負(fù)面情緒,嚴(yán)重影響個(gè)人的身心健康,不利于家庭的和諧發(fā)展。隨著對(duì)重病患者照顧的時(shí)間加長(zhǎng),其家屬的個(gè)人問(wèn)題更加凸顯,面臨著諸多困境。本研究以保定市某社區(qū)內(nèi)一位長(zhǎng)期銅代謝病患者的妻子為介入對(duì)象,運(yùn)用優(yōu)勢(shì)視角和社會(huì)支持等相關(guān)理論,借助傾聽(tīng)、接納、澄清、支持等社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)技巧,嘗試通過(guò)社會(huì)工作個(gè)案介入來(lái)改善重病患者家屬所面臨的問(wèn)題,幫助其恢復(fù)正常的社會(huì)生活。個(gè)案工作服務(wù)以發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)對(duì)象優(yōu)勢(shì)、提高服務(wù)對(duì)象自信、構(gòu)建與擴(kuò)展其社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)、最終恢復(fù)正常社會(huì)功能為目標(biāo),采用社會(huì)工作通用模式,經(jīng)歷五個(gè)階段的服務(wù),使服務(wù)對(duì)象抑郁狀態(tài)有所減輕、社會(huì)交往面擴(kuò)大、社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)展、生計(jì)問(wèn)題有所好轉(zhuǎn),結(jié)果證明社會(huì)工作介入取得了一定的成效。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),重病患者家屬迫于經(jīng)濟(jì)、心理、社會(huì)交往等方面的壓力,對(duì)自身優(yōu)勢(shì)資源認(rèn)識(shí)和利用不足,需在社工協(xié)助下將社會(huì)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)與個(gè)人生態(tài)系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,把個(gè)體優(yōu)勢(shì)嵌入社會(huì)需求中,恢復(fù)個(gè)體信心與效能,發(fā)展個(gè)體正常的社會(huì)功能。
[Abstract]:As an important factor affecting family life style, disease is inevitable in family life. The seriously ill patients in the family need to be cared for, and the family members pay the long-term economic, physical and psychological costs of taking care of the seriously ill patients in the family, thus creating negative emotions such as loss, disappointment, social isolation, and depression. Seriously affect the physical and mental health of the individual, is not conducive to the harmonious development of the family. With the prolonged care for seriously ill patients, the personal problems of their families become more prominent and face many difficulties. This study took the wife of a long-term copper metabolic disease patient in a community in Baoding as the intervention object, used the advantage angle of view and social support theory, with the help of listening, acceptance, clarification, support and other social work practical skills. This paper attempts to improve the problems faced by the family members of seriously ill patients through the intervention of social work cases and to help them to restore normal social life. Case work service aims to discover the advantages of service objects, improve their self-confidence, construct and expand their social support networks, and finally restore their normal social functions. It adopts a common model of social work, and goes through five stages of service. The results show that the social work intervention has achieved some results, such as reducing the depressed state of the service object, expanding the social interaction, expanding the social support network, and improving the livelihood problem. The study found that the families of seriously ill patients are under the pressure of economic, psychological and social communication, so they need to combine the social ecosystem with the individual ecosystem with the help of social workers. The individual superiority is embedded in the social demand to restore the individual confidence and efficiency and to develop the individual's normal social function.
