【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們的生活水平的提高,有關(guān)幸福感的問題越來(lái)越引起廣泛關(guān)注,尤其是弱勢(shì)群體!跋?zhàn)濉笔墙陙?lái)的一個(gè)社會(huì)新名詞,是繼農(nóng)民、農(nóng)民工、下崗職工三大弱勢(shì)群體之后的“第四大弱勢(shì)群體”,“蟻?zhàn)濉碧刂?0后大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的一個(gè)生存群體。年齡多在22至29歲之間,收人在1000元至2500元之間,聚居于城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部或近郊農(nóng)村,起初被稱為“大學(xué)畢業(yè)生低收入聚居群體”。工作幸福感是個(gè)體在工作過程中的一種積極的心理體驗(yàn),是比較穩(wěn)定的自我主觀感受。同時(shí)也表現(xiàn)為一種價(jià)值感。它從深層次體現(xiàn)出個(gè)體通過工作實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值的追求。它涉及員工對(duì)工作或工作環(huán)境的各個(gè)方面的感受。如對(duì)工作本身、工作量、報(bào)酬、工作場(chǎng)所、同事、上級(jí)升遷、補(bǔ)償、組織政策及實(shí)施情況等要索的感受。以武漢市的部分“蟻?zhàn)濉弊鳛楸疚牡难芯繉?duì)象,采用理論研究和實(shí)證研究的方法,在工作幸福感的影響因素的理論模型的指導(dǎo)下,研究攻關(guān)幸福感與其影響因素之間的關(guān)系及形成機(jī)理。 本文針對(duì)“蟻?zhàn)濉比后w工作幸福感的影響因素進(jìn)行了研究,本文主要分為五個(gè)部分:文章開篇首先通過查閱的資料和文獻(xiàn),介紹研究幸福感的目的和意義,了解國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)幸福感的研究現(xiàn)狀及其成果。第二部分分析了有關(guān)幸福感的理論派別、有關(guān)幸福感的測(cè)量量表,在認(rèn)識(shí)蟻?zhàn)迦后w的工作現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,提出有關(guān)“蟻?zhàn)濉惫ぷ餍腋8械睦碚摷僭O(shè)。第三部分是在對(duì)調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行回收、整理、篩選的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了有關(guān)蟻?zhàn)迦后w工作幸福感的影響因素,為以后的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。并采用成熟量表對(duì)工作幸福感的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行測(cè)量,并對(duì)相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,并且指出本研究的不足之處。第四部分對(duì)研究的結(jié)果進(jìn)行討論分析,重點(diǎn)研究工作幸福感影響因素的形成機(jī)理。 基于實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)如何提高蟻?zhàn)迦后w工作幸福感提出相關(guān)建議。為企業(yè)人力資源的發(fā)展、管理,以及有關(guān)幸福感未來(lái)的研究方向提供相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, more and more attention has been paid to the problems of happiness, especially the vulnerable groups. "ant tribe" is a new social term in recent years, which is the "fourth vulnerable group" after three vulnerable groups: farmers, migrant workers and laid-off workers. "ant tribe" refers to a survival group of post-80s college graduates. Most of them are between 22 and 29 years old, earning between 1000 yuan and 2500 yuan. They live in the combination of urban and rural areas or in rural areas. At first, they are referred to as the "low-income group of college graduates." Job well-being is a positive psychological experience in the process of work and a relatively stable self-subjective feeling. At the same time, it also shows a sense of value. It embodies the pursuit of self-worth through work. It involves how employees feel about all aspects of the work or work environment. Such as the job itself, workload, compensation, workplace, colleagues, superiors promotion, compensation, organizational policy and implementation of the situation. Taking part of "ant tribe" in Wuhan as the object of this paper, under the guidance of the theoretical model of influencing factors of job well-being, this paper adopts the methods of theoretical and empirical research. To study the relationship between key happiness and its influencing factors and its formation mechanism. This paper studies the influencing factors of the working well-being of the "ant tribe" group. This paper is divided into five parts: first of all, the purpose and significance of the research on happiness are introduced through the materials and documents consulted in the beginning of the article. To understand the research status and achievements of happiness at home and abroad. The second part analyzes the theory of well-being, the measurement of well-being, on the basis of understanding the current situation of the ant population, put forward the "ant" work well-being of the theoretical hypothesis. In the third part, on the basis of collecting, sorting and screening the questionnaire, the author analyzes the influencing factors of the well-being of the ant population, and lays a foundation for the future research. The related factors of job well-being were measured by maturity scale, and the related indexes were analyzed, and the shortcomings of this study were pointed out. In the fourth part, the results of the study are discussed and analyzed, focusing on the formation mechanism of the influencing factors of work well-being. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the working well-being of ant tribe. To provide suggestions for the development, management of human resources and the future research direction of happiness.
