【摘要】：以國(guó)家社科基金西部項(xiàng)目2004-2014年立項(xiàng)名單為樣本,基于立項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的時(shí)間、系統(tǒng)、地區(qū)、單位、學(xué)科、核心主持人、論文產(chǎn)出等維度,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了西部地區(qū)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)力的分布格局;使用ROST NAT軟件系統(tǒng)對(duì)西部項(xiàng)目核心主持人的立項(xiàng)主題進(jìn)行社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析,探討了西部地區(qū)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)的熱點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)。西部人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)力的分布格局反映了相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)域的變遷軌跡,也隱含了學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)背后的某些社會(huì)建構(gòu)因素。項(xiàng)目管理者和立項(xiàng)者應(yīng)充分利用國(guó)家社科基金制度平臺(tái),積極采取有效措施,努力提高西部項(xiàng)目的學(xué)術(shù)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Based on the time, system, region, unit, discipline, core host, paper output and other dimensions of the project data, the project list of the National Social Science Foundation Western Project from 2004 to 2014 is taken as a sample. The distribution pattern of the academic productivity of humanities and social sciences in the western region is statistically analyzed, and the social network and semantic network are used to analyze the theme of the core host of the western project by using the rost Nat software system. The hot spots and emphases of the humanities and social sciences academic production in the western region are discussed. The distribution pattern of the academic productivity of the humanities and social sciences in the western China reflects the changing track of the relevant fields of academic production, and also implies some social constructional factors behind the academic production. Project managers and project proponents should make full use of the national social science fund system and take effective measures to improve the academic and economic benefits of western projects.
