【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)知中,中國(guó)社會(huì)是一個(gè)缺乏社會(huì)組織的社會(huì),但在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,社會(huì)組織形態(tài)發(fā)生了變化。本文聚焦互聯(lián)網(wǎng)集體行動(dòng)中的組織形態(tài),提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動(dòng)中存在著"隱性網(wǎng)絡(luò)自組織"的形態(tài)這一理論假設(shè)。受到網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中速度和時(shí)間變遷的影響,隱性網(wǎng)絡(luò)自組織在特定事件激發(fā)之前呈現(xiàn)出一種隱性狀態(tài),同時(shí)呈現(xiàn)出"個(gè)體行動(dòng)者集合"和"組織"的臨界狀態(tài)。受到特定事件的激發(fā),網(wǎng)絡(luò)自組織的形成是一種瞬時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)化的過(guò)程,時(shí)空的壓縮和社會(huì)互動(dòng)情境的提前建構(gòu),使網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中個(gè)體行動(dòng)者完成時(shí)間趨近于零的結(jié)構(gòu)化,瞬間發(fā)揮傳統(tǒng)組織的功能。隱性網(wǎng)絡(luò)自組織的存在,模糊了傳統(tǒng)意義上個(gè)體與組織的邊界,是國(guó)家網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)治理的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn),也是網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the traditional cognition, Chinese society is a society lacking social organization, but in the Internet era, the form of social organization has changed. This paper focuses on the organizational form of the Internet collective action, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that there is a "recessive network self-organization" pattern in the network collective action. Influenced by the changes of speed and time in the network society, the self-organization of recessive network presents a kind of recessive state before the specific event is excited, and presents the critical state of "individual actor set" and "organization" at the same time. Inspired by specific events, the formation of network self-organization is a kind of instantaneous structured process. The compression of time and space and the construction of social interaction situation in advance make the individual actors in the network society complete the structuralization of time approaching zero. Give full play to the function of traditional organization in an instant. The existence of recessive network self-organization has blurred the boundary between individual and organization in the traditional sense. It is the difficult point and key point of national network society governance, and it is also the embodiment of power structure vicissitude in network society.
