【摘要】："共同體的承認(rèn)"是知識生產(chǎn)的根本動力,在西方"期刊承認(rèn)"乃"共同體承認(rèn)"的有機組成部分,學(xué)術(shù)人努力生產(chǎn)、發(fā)表創(chuàng)新性的知識以贏得"共同體的承認(rèn)"。然而在我國,量化考評下的"期刊承認(rèn)"并未得到大部分學(xué)術(shù)人的真正認(rèn)同,已非"共同體承認(rèn)"的一部分,學(xué)術(shù)人生產(chǎn)知識主要是為了取得形式化的"期刊承認(rèn)"以滿足各種實用性的目的,而非生產(chǎn)出創(chuàng)新性的知識以贏得實質(zhì)性的"共同體承認(rèn)","期刊承認(rèn)"與"共同體承認(rèn)"之間的沖突導(dǎo)致了我國學(xué)術(shù)知識生產(chǎn)動力機制的失靈。為了化解兩者之間矛盾,我們一方面應(yīng)使"同行評議"機制在各種學(xué)術(shù)評價活動中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,另一方面要進(jìn)一步完善學(xué)術(shù)期刊的"匿名評審"制度,以彌合"期刊承認(rèn)"與"共同體承認(rèn)"之間的斷裂,從而真正激勵學(xué)術(shù)知識的生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:"recognition of community" is the fundamental motive force of knowledge production. In the west, "recognition of journals" is an integral part of "recognition of community". Scholars make great efforts to produce and publish innovative knowledge in order to win recognition of "community". However, in China, the "journal recognition" under the quantitative evaluation has not been truly recognized by most scholars and is no longer part of the "Community recognition". Academic knowledge is produced primarily for the purpose of obtaining formal "journal recognition" for various practical purposes. Instead of producing innovative knowledge to win substantial "community recognition", the conflict between "journal recognition" and "community recognition" leads to the failure of the motive mechanism of academic knowledge production in China. In order to resolve the contradiction between the two, on the one hand, we should make the peer review mechanism dominate in all kinds of academic evaluation activities, on the other hand, we should further improve the "anonymous review" system of academic journals. In order to bridge the gap between journal recognition and community recognition, the production of academic knowledge can be really encouraged.
