【摘要】：自我控制是人適應(yīng)社會的重要功能，對于大學(xué)生的適應(yīng)和發(fā)展具有非常重要的影響。已有以大學(xué)生的自我控制為主題的研究文獻主要集中在一般自我控制和學(xué)習(xí)自我控制，對于大學(xué)生生涯發(fā)展中的自我控制問題研究相對薄弱。 本研究在文獻分析的基礎(chǔ)上進行訪談、開放性問卷調(diào)查，討論了針對大學(xué)生生涯發(fā)展領(lǐng)域自我控制問卷的編制要點，包括問卷結(jié)構(gòu)、不確定環(huán)境、負(fù)性情緒影響、本土文化特點等�；谝陨鲜鰳�(gòu)想編制的問卷具有良好信度和效度。在獲得可靠的研究工具之后，對大學(xué)生自我控制發(fā)展的特點，自我控制與生涯適應(yīng)力的關(guān)系進行了研究；并通過準(zhǔn)實驗研究驗證了大學(xué)生自我控制對生涯適應(yīng)力的作用。 本研究獲得了以下幾個主要結(jié)論： 1.大學(xué)生對生涯領(lǐng)域自我控制與學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域自我控制的特點評價有顯著差異。有必要編制有針對行的自我控制問卷。 2.大學(xué)生自我控制總體水平處于中等偏上水平，受到負(fù)性情緒的影響較大。 3.自我控制問卷的得分與生涯適應(yīng)力問卷的得分顯著相關(guān)；自我控制對生涯適應(yīng)力有較強的預(yù)測力。 4.不同控制需求水平對應(yīng)的生涯適應(yīng)力水平呈現(xiàn)出一種中間高，，兩邊低，類似倒U形狀的現(xiàn)象。 5.大學(xué)生自我控制訓(xùn)練對提高生涯適應(yīng)力有顯著效果。 本研究拓寬了大學(xué)生的自我控制研究的視角，也對大學(xué)生的生涯教育與輔導(dǎo)具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Self-control is an important function for people to adapt to the society and has a very important influence on the adaptation and development of college students. The literature on self-control of college students has mainly focused on general self-control and learning self-control. On the basis of literature analysis, this study conducted interviews, an open questionnaire, and discussed the main points of compiling a self-control questionnaire for college students in the field of career development. Including questionnaire structure, uncertain environment, negative emotional impact, local cultural characteristics and so on. The questionnaire based on the above idea has good reliability and validity. After obtaining reliable research tools, this paper studies the characteristics of college students' self-control development and the relationship between self-control and career adaptability. The effect of self-control on career adaptability of college students is verified by quasi-experimental research. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. There are significant differences between the characteristics of career domain self-control and learning domain self-control. There is a need for a row-specific self-control questionnaire. 2. The overall level of self-control of college students is at the middle level, which is greatly affected by negative emotions. 3. 3. The score of self-control questionnaire was significantly correlated with the score of career adaptability questionnaire, and self-control had strong predictive power to career adaptability. 4. The level of life adaptability corresponding to different levels of control demand presents a phenomenon of middle height, low sides, similar to inverted U shape. 5. 5. This study not only broadens the perspective of self-control research, but also has a certain reference value for career education and guidance of college students.
